It performed well. I barely heard it running and the clothes seem to have had a good rinse, so far everything is working as expected. Still learning all the new features but loving this and very glad that I purchased it.

.The washer is just what we needed to replace the old one. Was in stock at Best Buy but other stores had a 4-6 week backlog. The installation personnel were courteous, COVID-19 safe and very helpful. Would recommend them the next time.

I've had this washer for 9 months. It has no problem with smells or mold, but I dry off the seals after I'm done washing. Some of the cycles seem very long, 1-3 Hours. Recently noticed the Quick wash and have been using that more.

Are ither washer was a Lg. It was the next model up and geek squad replaced with this one. The was we had was onnly about a 1.5 years old and had to replaced. We had more settings and wifi that was nice called to find out why we got this model was told we didn't need the extra functions. I explanied we used them and the guy said I didn't use them, I told him we did then he hung up on me.

Washer is great, very quiet, large capacity. delivery was easy and available in a couple days which was blessing since my previous washer broke.

My old washer was also an LG. I loved it and it lasted me about 8 years. This one is similar but the only thing with this new one is that a normal load takes approximately twice as long.

A repairman recomended the LG and I took his advise.

This machine replaces our 12 year old LG front loader with similar specs. It is quieter than our old machine, however, the loads are about 10-20 minutes longer. Happy so far.

Installation was awesome! quik and friendly service guys and for the machines so far so good. One thing when i do heavy laundry the washer pretty shake itself.

I got this on sale along with the dryer. Easy to use and Best Buy delivered it and set it up quickly. If you don’t need anything super fancy buy want a quality product this is it.

This is my second LG front loading washer. Had my first for 12 year. These work great and really get the clothes clean with much less water. I love having a front loader for easier access.

First time delivery was quick and efficient until they took the packing off and there were 2 gashes, one on each side of the washer. They said I could use it until my new one came, but they tested it and it leaked. Said the gashes must have damaged drum. The guys were very polite and friendjy. They took my old one as ordered and said I needed to call and reschedule new delivery. So the next week, I got a new one by different delivery guys(who weren't very friendly) and all was good.

This washer gets clothes very clean and wrings out loads until they are almost dry!

I bought this when my Bosch died. I reviewed machines on Consumer Reports and this was one of the best. The controls are not explained well but after a couple of uses I figured them out. Seems to get the clothes clean and can handle a large load.

Still new…easy to operate. 4.8 cubic feet…can was a lot in 1 load. One con against this washer is….on certain selection, the time is calculated after wash has started…somewhat aggravating….

Awesome equipment and works perfectly. Has all the features I need and am very happy with the purchase.

Washer has a weird smell after washed. I have cleaned with commercial cleaners but this has not helped. I called LG customer service and they said they would set up a service person to come out. That was 2 weeks ago and no contact from them. I hope clothes are clean but the smell makes me uncomfortable. The wash cycles blink on and off a couple minutes before they start, I don't know if this is normal or not.

Great buy. Got this as scratched/dented. It had a nick the size of a 50 cent piece.
