It was never installed because I couldn’t get water to the outlet

Great quality, matched our stackable dryer and fit even though the models are different, Larger drum and more features than our older model. Delivery was efficient and love that they took our old washer!

The product is excellent. But requiring at least 50 characters in this review box is heavy-handed and NOT excellent -- you need to pick up your game in this part. And next, a title is required? Really?

I love the machine. It is easy to use and the inside is huge. I have been able to get some big loads in there. I was skeptical because of the LG brand and not my typical "Go TO" brand, but I have been happy.

Really good washer does the job my only problem is that it takes a while to wash my old washer would take like 90 minutes this one takes like 3 hours on large loads

I was planning to buy a $1000 washing machine, however, this cheaper one is a surprise. It is as quiet as the premium one, just little bit smaller capacity. Water saving, eligible for 85 dollar rebate.

Switched from a Samsung to LG. Both work the same this one has less mechanical issues such as cycle stopping, or continued washing because the sensor. Overall this purchase was a good one.

Unfortunately, I scheduled a return - the machine washes well ( even with a small amount of water ). Perhaps, you may want to program the additional rinse, which was not a problem for our family. The lock on the door is quite flimsy (I am afraid it might become a problem after several months). I am returning the machine because of a very loud spin cycle. ( Yes, the machine is leveled and has the additional vibration protection pads, and the load is evenly distributed). Regardless of what we do, the high spin cycle produces a significant shake and very loud noise (metal on metal kind of sound). The machine was delivered on 12/21, and today is 12/25. However, the price was manageable - I do not want to take any chances with this machine - I am afraid it will break as soon as the store return expires. My old LG washer lasted 15 years and only recently started making a very similar noise. Therefore this one is going back.

Very nice product. Second time I bought LG washer and dryer. Very bad delivery service. They forgot to remove the back bolt and caused damage.

Does a great job for a 4 person household. Speed wash is a definite benefit for smaller lightly soiled loads.

LG washer/dryers are great. We had them in our last home, the person buying our home wanted them. Had to purchase the pair again in our new place. They work great and nice and quiet during operation.

I am thrilled with my new washing machine. Other than a few things still sneaking into the corners of my fitted sheet, I have had zero issues. What a delight to not curse a my washer!

Nice machine. Quiet, works great. Only issue - unbalances easy if you have a towel mixed in with lighter weight items. Other than that, no issues.

It’s not as quiet as I was hoping it would be, specifically on the spin cycle. Also, depending on the setting chosen, the spin cycle, though vigorous, doesn’t remove all water from the clothes requiring an additional spin cycle.

Good value washer. Super simple no frills but good option to wash all type of items. Have run it hard for a couple weeks so far and like it.

Bought this for my daughter who lives in PA, she loves it and has told me she’s so happy with it.

Washes large and small loads efficiently. My daughter just washed her king size comforter and for the first time, the load did not get out of balance.
