I like this washer ok. It’s just a little different thank the LG I previously had and it just takes a little while to get familiar with it.

This dryer is great in its simplicity. I do wish I had upgraded to the model with smart home connectivity, but it does not detract from the way it actually washes my clothes.

I have had the Whirlpool WFW92HEFW since 2017 and it has only had light use. The door gasket has black mold despite leaving the door wide open (no door stop) after every use. I run cleaner thru it regularly, I've tried bleaching it, to no avail. Just talked with Whirlpool service and they cannot replace the door gasket, so I was told to keep trying to mitigate the problem on my own (which I've done for some time now). Unless they have fixed this problem, I would not recommend this product!

I needed this stackable washer and dryer for one of the apartment units that I was remodeling. It is very attractive and the tenant is very pleased to have a full-sized set in her apartment.

This product offers a good combination of solid quality and good price. The installation offered by Bestbuy is also professional.

I am just amazed at how well my clothes are getting clean now. My old washer was 15 years old and there is no comparison. And it uses such minimal water!

Good looking machine - easy to operate, functions as designed. Word of warning, machine is very heavy (more than you'd assume), so once placed, you may have difficulty relocating it.

The website was super easy to use researching which washer/dryer I wanted to buy. Setting up delivery was also a simple process. The delivery men were professional and installed quickly.

You have to keep the door open after you wash or else your clothes will stink

Works very great and fast. Best one I’ve had in a long time.. I would definitely recommend it.

It’s not as quiet as I was hoping it would be, specifically on the spin cycle. Also, depending on the setting chosen, the spin cycle, though vigorous, doesn’t remove all water from the clothes requiring an additional spin cycle.

This is my 2nd LG washer. I'm hoping that it lasts me as long as the previous one, which was 15yrs. The dryer is still going til this day!

Best Buy came and installed my washer and dryer on the day they promised and completely hooked them up. The both work great and we love washing clothes and drying them every day.

Our second LG Washer (moved and had to buy a new one). This is quiet, efficient and very easy to use. Front loading is great. My wife loves it and it's easy enough for me to use.
