    The delivery men were very kind and carried out the old washer and waited while I cleaned . They were able to put the new washer on the pedestal and were done very quickly.

    It’s a great washer, only problem is sometimes the fabric softener doesn’t rinse out in the tray and kind of collects over time so I have to wipe it clean.

    I do love this washer. My only complaint is there isn't a make your own setting. Sometimes I have to fight with it to change the temperature. But overall, I am very satisfied!

    I can not wash whites, check the manual and whites instructions is missing. Also when the machine in the spin mode, it is shaking. I believed installation is the issue. Need someone to look at it.

    Great washer. Only thing I don’t like is the banging when it’s trying to balance a small load. Does not happen when washing a regular size load.
