    The washing machine works well enough but getting to understand the controls is not at all easy. How to get the right settings for any given load is not at all self-evident. The included manual is deficient and it was not easy to find the full user manual online. I don't know that I would buy an LG machine again without first seeing it in person. Also, the Geek Squad messed up the installation and then it took a week! to get them to send someone to put it right. And BestBuy was not at all helpful about the problem. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm not feeling very good about shopping from BestBuy again.
