They left the washer sitting on the laundry deck in the basement. Why? Because Best Buy policy now is that a customer MUST buy new water hoses along with the washer. If you don't do this they refuse to install. Heck, it took some talking just to get them to put the washer in the basement. To top this off: the hoses they sell are inferior to mine which are heavy duty stainless steel and have worked just fine for quite some time. I would recommend the washer. Buy it from a vendor that will actually install it.

Best Buy techs have visited multiple times to the point they knew us when we answered the door. The replaced multiple components inside the washing machine and as yesterday it still leaks and they cannot figure it out. Thankfully we have a plastic pan under the machine. I really want to recommend this, but our experience with this LG washer has been terrible.

Like rinse only cycle and turn off sound feature and also steam. I like LG but really did not pay attention to all features as I bought this online during C19 store closure. I will keep it but it is just a basic washer, guess less things can go wrong.

This washer lasted one day short of one year and started leaking water. Working with LG for warranty work is a nightmare! Their people took 10 days to come out and then 2 wks to fix it. But it wasn’t fixed. Still leaked and another two weeks before it was finally fixed. Except two months later, started leaking again! Worthless!
