    Great washer however the installer did not leave me the wrench to adjust the feet. I was not home so it wasn't left with the machine. I tried calling corporate and got no where. A person from the geek squad finally called me back a d ordered it to be sent.

    I'm pretty sure that if this wasn't an open box it would have been fine. But there were issues with it. BBY should have done a better job of checking it before it went back on the floor.
