    I'm pretty sure that if this wasn't an open box it would have been fine. But there were issues with it. BBY should have done a better job of checking it before it went back on the floor.

    It is way worse than my previous 10 year old LG model. Everything is preprogrammed and you can’t modify water temp, spin speed, etc. Everything I wash seems to come out excessively wrinkled and wet.

    Had the older version for 10 years and loved it, but the newer version leaves the clothes too wet when finished, have to turn dryer on twice to get them dry.
