    Doesn't fill with enough water. Doesn't get my clothes clean. I called LG and they said a technician would be out to take a look at it, but after staying home for their 4-hour window, they failed to show. I had a Maytag that was awesome before moving and having to buy this. I should've gone with that brand.

    Did not work. Best buy was bigger problem

    The washer did not work on one of the cycles (delicates) when we did our first load of laundry. First time using the washer machine and it didn't work right. Spent three hours with Best buy to get a replacement. Mostly upset with Best buy. They didn't have a same replacement and only wanted to give me lesser value washer machine.

    Have had less than 2 months. I thought there was a gliche in some of the settings on dryer. Called for service and find that settings are preset, and you cannot change. For instance if you want to dry on low for more than 20 minutes you cannot set because it is preset on high because they claim it is a large load, not considering a low setting might be preferred. Permanent press and normal you can only dry on medium or high. Manufacturer claims we should do more research before we buy. Washer also has some preset settings. Too computerized, but am forced to accept that and try to improvise. Some settings I will probably not use. Am unable to exchange or return.

    I like BB but they screw up from time to time. You can waste a good part of the day unraveling their web of bureaucracy to help them correct their own mistakes.

    I love LG in general but this washer has a terrible spin cycle and shakes way too much. Not sure how long this unit will last. Very disappointing.

    DEFECTIVE MACHINE, STILL WAITING FOR REPLACEMENT

    Installed by Best Buy's independent installers and left with one cycle running. The installers left without staying to see if the machine was working properly. The cycle NEVER completed. It stalled on the rinse cycle with an error message about water supply. We finally got it emptied and tried another cycle which worked perfectly. Bottom line: three cycles do not work--two stalling in the rinse cycle and one not working at all. WE ARE WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT MACHINE.

    Too loud during wash cycles. We returned item and upgraded to a better washer and also purchased a new dryer.

    Not able to wash normal bedding

    Can't properly wash bedding (normal sheets and blankets). Either gets stuck on the rinse cycle for over an hour, or if I do a quick wash, it doesn't put in enough water and the bedding comes out with some wet spots but it's mostly dry, and I have to wash it again. Right now, I have to wash bedding on the bedding cycle until it's stuck on the rinse cycle, then shut it off and restart it on a rinse and spin cycle. This washer is 2 months old and I've never hated a washer so fast. It's also really really slow, running 2 and 3 hot wash cycles in regular laundry. We're a household of 8 and cannot have a washer that takes hours to wash a single load of laundry properly.

    Don't Waste Your Money

    Bought this machine 01/24. Not even 18 months later and the main circuit board needs to be replaced. It is less expensive to buy a new machine. Stay away from this one.

    Fine product, TERRIBLE delivery & install service

    Produce is fine. But the delivery and installation was ridiculous. They gave us a 12 hour "window" for delivery & then the night before updated it to about 4 or 5 hours. The installers wouldn't install because gas dryer was still hooked up, tho clearly turned off. 2nd try, I ordered the wrong stacking bracket. But they went ahead & put the washer in place so we could just stack it and do the hook up ourselves since we couldn't take yet another day off to wait for them. Once we started running the washer, realized they didn't remove the styrofoam from up underneath the washer so every time we run it, it makes a terrible noise & and leaves little styrofoam bits everywhere. To fix, we will have to deinstall the dryer, and the washer so we can turn it on its side to get the styrofoam out. Terrible service.

    DO NOT USE BEST BUY. HAD TO HAVE 4 WASHERS DELIVERED IN THE SPAN OVER 1.5 MONTHS BECAUSE EACH ONE THEY BROUGHT, WAS UNUSABLE AND BROKEN. THEN DELIVERED MY WASHER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, SOMEWHERE 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM ME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SORT OF DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. FIRST AND ONLY TIME I WOULD EVER EVEN CONSIDER USING BEST BUY FOR ANYTHING.
