I had to upgrade my washer after a series of horrendous experience with Samsung washers, constant problems with the last one and the one before that got recalled due to a major safety concern. Bought this one after researching on the customer reviews across a number of consumer forums. It's been almost 6 months and we have been really happy with this purchase: the washer is quiet, has a range of wash settings and works well. We specially like the steam based wash options, which come in very handy for dirty loads that need the extra level of cleaning. It's aesthetically pleasing too. Glad we went with an LG!

I have had an LG washer for 15 years prior to buying this new update. Over 15 years I had not one service call needed and now I look forward to LG being just as dependable. This new washer has so many nice upgrades, like bright whites, a sanitary setting, Alergiene, Turbo wash and about 10 more settings. The washer is also controllable by my phone, though I am not sure I need that but it's a nice touch. Best Buy's set up and installation was perfect and my wash is cleaner than ever.

The installation went smoothly and the operation so far is quiet and efficient. Clothes are clean and dry when the cycle is finished.

Leaves the clothes very clean hase all the cycles you need very quiet and and uses very little water.

This is a nice front loading washer with high efficiency and the LG Turbo Wash feature. It comes with 14 built in cycles, and you can customize them to your needs. The washer is quiet, and efficient so it doesn't use too much water. It's also a large front load washer so you can wash enough items in one load. This is a plus for big families. The black stainless steel finish is also nice, but a white model is available if that fits your decor better.

So far this washer has worked well. No issues two weeks in use. Looks very nice, super roomy, you can easily wash a king sized comforter. Clothes have come out clean so far and fresh smelling. THe only issue I have with these front loaders is when using detergent pods they don't melt so easily and some remnants are left in the rubber gasket. Using liquid detergent works much better. Important to regualrly clean your gaskets anyway to keep them functioning and smelling fresh inside.

Quiet and fast. Tons of options. Clothes came out clean on the settings we have used. Looks sharp in laundry room. Would purchase again.

Very quiet. This is our second LG front loader. The first one lasted 14 years being run everyday. This model gets clothes cleaner than the old one.

This LG front loading washer is terrific. Super fast, quiet and cleans really well. No issues with mildewing gasket either. I love it!

Happy with product, works well so far. The washer has many options still trying to figure them out. Turbo wash is awesome.

We purchased a new LG washer after many years of a good experience with our first one, that the new owners of the home we sold in San Diego get to continue to enjoy. Our new one will be easier to keep clean and will continue to enjoy all the options to select from when doing laundry. We have selected again, to purchase the pedestal so we don't have to bend over. I like the size of it, so I can easily wash bed linens, blankets, and a nice size load of clothes.

After years of thinking that top load washing machines were the way to go,(also hating my last top loader), I choose this LG washing machine and have never looked back. It performs so well, is easy to use and practically programs itself. My only complaint is that sometimes heavy loads come out somewhat damp; not sure why.

I’m very like because so quite and very big I can washing kore blanket.

This washer had very good ratings from Consumer Reports and on Best Buy's website. It has a lot choices/settings and so therefore versatile however the clothes don't dry nearly as well as my previous Frigidaire. It might be energy efficient in regards to water however they take longer to dry. However I read other reports and it doesn't seem to be a big deal. I do like LG products and this one was closest matching my dryer. I don't know if it's the washer but my clothes don't smell as clean even though I haven't changed any laundry detergents. It is spacier (4.5 cu ft) compated to 4.3 cu ft which makes a lot difference in size.

Great machine. The turbo wash cycle and large capacity size allows laundry to be done quickly!

I love my LG appliances although this washer is a difficult one to review. I love the look, performance as far as water and soap consumption is great. It does seem to vibrate more than my old top loader. That being said I am not sure I should make a counter on top since this happens. I called LG who takes forever to get back to you - they said its under warranty and sent me a ticket number which the service people would call and schedule. They called but just told me to double check it was level organize loads the same and use less soap... Still shakes on spin cycle so a little louder than I would prefer.
