Great stackable washer gets large loads clean and because the dryer stacks on top of it, it can fit in a closet. Way better than a single stacked unit that has washer and dryer built into one. Our dryer broke from our single stacked unit but we couldn't keep just washer part. So we are trying this one. It works great so far!

I bought this LG machine to replace a 12 year old LG. The old one vibrated badly when spinning. This new one does not vibrate at all. Big difference. Very happy with it. The only thing I think needs to be updated is the control screen, it is hard to see sometimes. Needs to be better lit up, but that is a minor complaint.

Good capacity to wash larger items like comforters and also able to adjust for small or quick wash loads. Regular wash cycle seems to take longer with this washer than with ones I’ve had before. No problems with weird smells but I always leave the door ajar when not in use to avoid possible issues.

We have this washer for about a months now and everything was excellent so far. The washer is intuitively to use, has some useful gimmicks like control locks and some fun, but useless gimmicks like wifi to send a push notification when your laundry is done. Communication and Installation Service offered by Best Buy was amazing.

That’s washer is LG’s entry level into frontloading washers. I think this is a great value for what you get. It has all the cycles that I need it allows me to connect with my smart phone. It doesn’t have high-end features but it does everything I needed to do and I am happy with my purchase.

Folks, if you look at Consumer Reports for front loading washers, you'll see that LG holds the top 7 positions. Combined with the fact that this model is one of their least expensive makes this washer a Best Buy!! One thing that I learned with all my research was that less "bells and whistles" will give you a rock solid machine. I bought mine on sale for $649 so at that price it was hard to beat. Also, if you like to repair your own appliances, this washer is a dream to fix and parts are inexpensive. It comes with a 1 year parts & labor warranty, 3 years on the drum and 10 year warranty on the motor. That's hard to beat. Buy this washer, you won't be dissapointed!!

I have been happy with my new LG top loader and its cleaning power and efficiency. It runs quietly and plays a happy tune when the wash is clean. I have been able to wash things like mattress covers and washable throw rugs easily, items that I could never wash with my former washing machine.

We use the washer at least 2-3 times per week and works great. Hopefully this will work as well as our previous LG washer we had, that this washer replaced. We were able to use the existing drawer base from our older washer and did not purchase that piece. It was returned to the place of shipment for a refund.

The LG 4.5 washer is the best. Very big and very silent

Not too bad. Got 75 dollars rebates. Easy to use. Clothes came out clean.

I prefer the metal door versus the plastic door. The black control panel is hard to read for the white light in the back is not bright enough. The older panel was much easier to read. I do like the new interior of the wash drum and how quiet the machine is when it's running.

My 9-year-old LG washer started leaking and I decided to replace instead of repair. Didn’t have much of a choice as I can only go up to 32” depth and most other brands are 34” or so. I’ve used it a couple of weeks so far and it does the job. It’s larger than my old one, but has a smaller container for the detergent which is weird. The programs seem to run longer, which I hope means that it washes better. All rinse cycles are cold water only - we’ll see how that works out in the long run. Finally, I agree with all previous reviews that the control pannel design is horrible with the lights too bright and making it almost impossible to read the text around them (the old model was perfect in that regard) but I think this is something I can learn to deal with once I know which light position means what. No other complaints in the short time I’ve had it, but not my top choice either if I had a choice.
