Had an older LG that worked really well until it wore out. This one has a few more bells and whistles as it is a newer model and everyone is very pleased. The Best Buy store I worked with were very accommodating to manage delivery and installation times that are very stringent in my building.

I was very excited to be able to wash all of my family's clothes in 2-3 loads per week! I know there are bigger washers, but this seems perfectly suitable for our family of 4. Clothes get clean and I use very little soap. It's pretty quiet too. Plus, the little jingle it plays at the end is so cheery!

I investigated Consumer Reports' ''recommended' products and they recommded the washer I eventually bought. I investigated where to buy it and Best Buy came out ahead. Using the online process was easy and members of the local Best Buy team called me twice to make sure all went well.

Great washer for a great price. Replaced a 4 year old whirlpool that gave me problems from the first day we got it. Cleans my clothes and spins them almost dry. So far I have been very impressed with this machine.

This was the only full-size, stackable front load washer that fit into my very small laundry space. It looks nice and it easily fits a queen size blanket. The washing cycles are not as long as my previous washer, which is a plus, but it cleans just as well. The machine can get a little loud though, so it might not be the best choice if it's going in a space that is next to a bedroom or living area. My washer is located in the back of the house, so the noise is not an issue. I have had it for about 9 months now and haven't had any issues with mildew. I haven't tried the wifi feature yet, so I can't comment on how that works. Regarding other reviews about the lack of a light on the buttons - mine is in a well-lit spot, so I haven't had any problems with being able to read the buttons. My only complaint with this machine is that the slot for laundry detergent fills up with water sometimes after a cycle and needs to be dumped out - not sure why this happens. Overall, it's a good product and good option for the price (if you get it on sale). Great for someone who wants a full size machine, but has a small space to work with.

This washer is so nice and quiet. I do love the wifi feature too, but I can't get mine to connect, which is most likely just a internet issue. Other than that I love my new washer because it's works so much better than my last one and the end music is kind of cool.

I'm very happy with this washer, I had heard bad things about high efficiency washing machines before but this thing barely uses any water and everything comes out very clean and just a little damp. If you are on the fence, get it, you won't be disappointed.

This was really a great buy! First time having an electric dryer always has gas was worried about the electric bill but this dryer is so efficient my bill went down and the clothes are dry perfectly. Love the preset knob.

had for 2 years now. No malfunctions. Allows quick was of 15 min for loads not really dirty and can add more time to wash dirtier loads. Real quiet and. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is cause its a front loader so bigger pillows may cause an imbalance when wet. Other than that, solid great washer.

This washer replaced a 15-year-old LG frontloader that would knock pictures off of the walls two rooms away with its spin cycles. The new one is so smooth and quiet you don't even know that it is operating. Handles large volumes of clothes with ease. Good value.

I absolutely love this unit. My son installed it into my kitchen to keep me from going up and down the basement steps with my arthritis to the big old Kenmore washer and dryer I have in the basement. I've kept the old Kenmore's, which still work great, for large items like blankets etc.

L.G front load washing machine is easy to use and has an app that tells you when your clothes are done. Doesn't use a lot of water and got it for a great price. Even got money back for the Labor Day sale that was coming up before we purchased...

Our needs are simple. In this case, "will it clean our clothes?" The answer is yes, but there are several features we've come to enjoy. I love how balanced the unit is and how intuitive it maintains that balance so I don't have to worry about a jumping washer! I also appreciate the various wash cycles - especially "tap cold" - why waste hot water? Detergent works at any temperature. Lastly, there are little things like the removable detergent dish. We buy bulky containers with a pump - we can't pour them. A removable dish works perfectly.

The appliances work great. I was a bit disappointed in the installation. The installers couldn't install because of work needing done they weren't qualified to do. Had to hire contractors to get them installed. One of the new waterlines also leaked behind the connector.

So far everything seems great, the only problem I have is the noise it makes during spinning, but it does squeeze every bit of water out of the clothes. It also seems to use less water, which is a plus. Really loving my new washer.

Its been 3 weeks since we got this. The washer looks good. Its in the hallway, but it hardly makes any noise. We have the dryer stacked on the washer. There are many customizable options. we haven't explored much yet. So far we are happy with the purchase.

Replaced older front load model. Very happy with product and nice balance been price and features. My only negative is the control panel can be difficult to read but it’s a minor annoyance solved by turning on flashlight on my phone.

I love my new washing machine. It cleans my clothes like never before. My complaint is the sound at the end of the cycle recently stopped working. I have to look into getting this repaired. They don`t make them like they used to//-I purchased this machine in August, 2018. should not break so so soon
