This has proven to be a good washer. Our clothes are cleaner than any toploader I've seen, uses little water and saves a bunch on soap. Cycles range from about 1 hour to two and a half hours on prewash/heavy duty (max setting).

I was hesitant to buy an LG washer given some of the reviews. I had to replace a front load Maytag washer that was not impressive, especially since the Maytag name is synonymous with durability and dependability. It has been a month since using i started using my LG washer and I do about 7 loads a week. I love it! The app is wonderful to have since it alerts me when the wash is done and has a countdown to when I need to do a cleaning of the washer itself. Oh, and the salespeople at Best Buy are great, too!

I was between this one or a Samsung which I had owned for over 9 years. Decided to go with this one bc had good reviews and was on special...have had it for one year and a half with no problems...I recommend this washer...no noise

Love this clothes washer. I changed from top loader style to this side loader and surprised at how much less water this machine uses. It’s very quiet. It has very good washer selections. I highly recommend this washer.

I'm happy both with the quality of cleaning and the savings in water usage. My only complaint is how long it takes for most cycles to run. From reading reviews this was expected. Still it keeps me from giving this 5 stars.

The machine is quiet but it is too difficult to read the dark control panel. The preferences for water temp need to be reset every time. I have to use a flashlight to read the control panel.

Not expensive compared to the rest of the field, and the most futuristic washer I've used. It's like a space ship compared to my old one. Spin cycle is insanely fast and gets things pretty dry.

Our 3 year old Maytag died at the start of quarantine. We purchased the LG based on a recommendation from our repairman. It has performed superbly and we were able to do about 20 loads of backed up laundry in less than a day.

I like the fact that it wash well, it also have a tune that sounds when the load is finished. It doesn’t uses that much water which is a plus!! It is a rubber liner, you to make sure you wipe it down or clean it, or it will develop a smell.

I bought a new washer and dryer when I moved into a new house. They stack and are working wonderfully. I may have rated the dryer thinking it was the washing machine. Bottom line they both are working very well.

I had a LG washer in my previous home and couldn’t wait to get one for my new home. Love it. Works great. Conserves water and gets my clothes super clean. Highly recommend it.

I can't say enough about this washer. We had an LG several years ago and it was wonderful. It's hard to believe, but this one is even better and I haven't even used the wifi yet! Thank you LG for making another great product!

I purchase this because of the reviews. I love this washer. I have this on the second floor of my home. Despite some reviews about noise well it’s a washer. Not many washer are so quiet you can’t here anything. I find it is fine on noise not a problem. I can say this it’s going to save some money. My clothes take less time to dry with this washer. The cloths are cleaner. I bought this at Best Buy. The service and delivery were incredible. The delivery was on time the installers new the product and took the time to explain how the washer work. I will buy again from Best Buy. This washer is excellent.

When we went to replace our previous front load LG washer and dryer, we looked at several brands. In the end we stayed with the LG. The set up was real nice, and we actually downgraded models that had less features. We didn't use half the features on our previous machines so it wasn't worth the extra cost. We did decide to stack our machines this time and WOW, what a difference!!! We love the set up and usage. It is amazing how far the front loaders have come in 12 years. We love going through Best Buy with their price matching, customer service, and payment options. Very pleased and highly recommended.

The machine washes clothes well, spins them dry like crazy, maybe too much even. I was thinking it might take off. Carries a big load too. Back lighted, so you can read most of the selections fairly well. Lighted inside, which is a nice feature. I'd recommend it.

Best choice for both quality and power. We were restricted with the space for a washer/dryer set. This set came in highest in reviews. We purchased the LG after much research and are very pleased. Full power with good size.

This washer is amazing. It is very quiet and has just the right amount of settings. I wash a lot of laundry and it is holding up very nicely.

It took me a little while to figure this one out, because this was a huge jump in technology from my old one. Never had my clothes so clean! Definitely recommend

So glad to finally have this high efficiency washer to replace a top load which left clothes more damp! This one spins to almost dry so it cuts down on dryer times

This is a really nice washer for the price. My last washer kicked the can so I got it this one on sale and it's a little bigger too. All things are really nice, the Wifi/smartphone connection is a nice feature as well.
