We thought our unit came w a washer / dryer but it didn’t so we ended up purchasing. This set is amazing!! Washer is quick and efficient and the dryer is off the chart amazing- quick, perfect clothes.

Saw several bad reviews but so glad we chose this unit after months of doing research. Biggest complaints turned out to be nothing. Yes, the tones played at the end of a washing are not loud enough for me but my wife hears them fine 2 rooms away. The longer than most was cycles actually save you money. When the clothes come out they are very close to dry. So the big energy eating dryer only has to run a short time. Only complaint was the geek squad guys that installed it were rude and screwed up one of the hoses. Had to hire a plumber to come fix it. Other than that all is great. The washer does a wonderful job.

Needed a new washer. This model has a great rating, comes with multiple cycles with adjustable settings, and uses WiFi to alert you to completed cycles. (It can also order new detergent via Amazon.)

Excellent product. Perfect! I was weary of getting a super nice dryer/washer combo worrying that I wouldn't like it but its super awesome and cleans super well.

Does a good job of washing, lots of choices for cycles. I like the app that tells me when it is finished because the chime isn’t loud enough. I wish it had a loud buzzer when the load is done.

Had to buy a washer when my other LG died suddenly this was the only one in stock so I bought it and it does a good job and it seems quieter that the last one which was a better model

This washer is an excellent value for $599 and runs very quietly and uses little water. Haven’t had any issues. I recommend buying the extended warranty for the peace of mind.

This is a good washer. I am very pleased with it's performance. Have bought a second washer for a second home. Would recommend.

This is a fantastic washer. In fact, this is the best washer I’ve ever had. What I like best is that you’re able to thoroughly drain any water from it to prevent that mildew smell from building up inside. My only complaint is with the control panel display. Because of the way it’s lit, it’s difficult to identify a few of the cycle settings. All-in-all, I’m very happy with this purchase.

Bought this because our dryer died and wanted the washer to match new dryer. Ended up loving the washer more. Great speed, multiple settings and great at cleaning.

Quiet. Very smooth, high speed spin cycle ensures wash water extracted from clothes prior to placing in dryer. Reduces dryer time.

It's nice to have a washer that you don't have to shake too get it started. And to top it off it's quiet while it runs. Though it does shake a little in the spin cycle.

Replaced a 8 year old Samsung washer with this new one. High quality, easy to use. Bestbuy had a great sale. Delivery and installation was smooth.

I really like the front loader versus top loader, although front loader is a lot louder when in spin cycle, but with the amount we save on detergent and water i can live with the noise.

I've owned it for a month now with a family of 5 it gets heavy use and so far no issues I love it all the clothes come out sparkling clean and it has lots of features.

The waser does a very good job, but I miss the option additional spin ccycle after a heavy load is done. I think I need to get a laundry pedestal if possible, preferable with a minnie washer. Is it possible,

Everyone told me LG laundry was the way to go and all my family who own them were correct. The washer is quiet, wash quality is superb, machine functions are logical.

I've only been able to use it for a couple of weeks, but no problems and it handles my laundry just fine. Just starting to look into how useful the wi-fi connection might be.

This is by far the best washer I’ve had. Best feature is the WiFi connecting with phone letting me know when the dryer is done. Also the download of new washer settings
