Very nice washer with a large drum. Takes a little longer than my old Kenmore but cleans better.

Excellent cleaning, with improved dynamic spin balancing. Downside is action display; actions and time indication are overbright LEDs, while categories, cycle options, etc., are nigh impossible to read without a flashlight. Getting machine perfectly level is absolutely critical for stable spin performance. While BB store offered high quality hose connection pack, I wish they also offered water hammer arrestors (which I purchased elsewhere).

We love this washer. It has huge capacity and even has a 15 minute speed wash. I would highly recommend this washer.

I have only had this washer for a month or so but I love it! It cleans the laundry really well!

Unit won't fully drain. Five times over several months, LG service technicians have looked at the unit and have been unable to diagnose the problem. They refuse to replace this defective unit, and actually tell me that I should have a SIXTH service tech visit! I've spoken to dozens of LG customer care representatives. I’ve written and spoken to LG management with no success. I finally decided that I will replace the unit on my own dime. I will NEVER purchase another LG product again!

Has tons of settings to choose from. Really like the quietness of the drum. Especiallt love the Speed Wash.

This large capacity washer has worked great. My queen sized comforter was cleaned with no problems.

I like my new washer. Its very quiet and gets my clothes clean. It has features that lets you modify time, temp and load type. I often use the short cycle to conserve on water and it still gets my clothes just as clean as the normal cycle.

Switched from a Samsung washer which we didn’t like. Got the matching LG dryer. So far it has been great.

I replaced an LG HE front loading wash machine after 9 years with this one. The first one had issues with water leakage. I gave up on it after multiple attempts to fix it. I hope this one will not have the same water leakage issues. With the exception of the water leaking problems it's a great machine.

We've had this washer for a little over week and have run at least 5 loads of laundry. It works very well!

Had a new Samsung washer-dryer pair before moving to a home with natural gas. Although Consumer Reports rated them as unreliable, they were fine as long as we had them (2 years). I do really like the LG pair I have now better however. They do not get moldy or smell but I wipe the door ring after loads and leave the door ajar to dry the interior. I'm pleased so far with their operation.
