    the machine itself works good so far but the guys who came out to install it said they don't know how to install the machine and didn't make an effort to try so it had to be redelivered and thankfully the 2nd guys that came out, even if they claimed they didn't know how to install it, tried their best to install the unit with the instruction of some people on the phone..
