I paid for installation and delivery. When the guys got here they said they weren't suppose to install. I showed them my paperwork. Apparently there was a mix up with their paperwork. They did install. It went smooth and they cleaned up after themselves. I love the washer!

It got great ratings in CR, and the saleswoman assured us we would be happy with it. Our main concern was that it doesn’t get mildew which can happen with front loaders. We will do what the manual recommends, and hope it works!

Wish one could just read a directions book; have to upload it if you want any details. Wish this one had a hand wash cycle, but the delicates cycle hasn't destroyed anything yet! Sales guy was great, delivery team was too.

Fast, efficient washer

The old washer would take forever to do a single load. This washer is very fast and efficient. Can do a quick, light load in as little as 20 minutes. Have not used the "smart" features much, but it's good to know it's an option.
