We are very satisfied with this product thus far. Performed as expected.

Operates easily without any issues, a good machine

Delivery and install team did an excellent job efficiently and they were considerate of our home. The hallway to the utility room was just barely wide enough for the old and new washers but the team was very careful and didn't hit the walls or door frames. They hauled away the old washer also.

I deducted one star because the machine lacks a back lit display for setting the wash cycles. It is close to impossible to see without a flashlight and/or getting down on your knees. How this continues to be an issue is a total lack of responsiveness on the part of LG. This product should come with and flashlight attached!

Wifi enabled washer tells when was is done. How cool is that!

Very good washer with lots of cycles. Our previous LG washer was very good also and actually the wash times were for the most part shorter. It takes all morning to do four cycles with this model which is a bit too long. But otherwise everything else is satisfactory. Really like having a towel cycle and bedding cycle.

I don't do a lot or very seriously dirty loads of laundry but the times I've used it, it's worked fine. I guess the question is will it still be working great in a year or 2. Well built construction to last the user for many years isn't a goal of most manufacturers these days.

Had this washer in my last house and wanted the same one in my new house. This time I opted for the white pair and love it. Yes, the panel is a bit hard to read, but once you're used to it, you use the same few settings most of the time anyway.

I'm a huge consumer reports advocate when it comes to large purchases such as appliances. And not only had I read up on it before going to Best Buy but they in fact had charts of Consumer Reports sitting on top of the machines for all customers to see. Very happy so far!

Excellent washer. We owned an older model for more than 8 years and when we moved we got the newer model because of its dependablability. All other stores had the unit on backorder but Best Buy had them in stock. Installers were very knowledgeable and courteous.

We updated a Maytag washer that had lasted over 20 years and had started to leak. I checked Consumer Reports and found this LG model as the second best rated but the only one that was in our price range. So far I am very pleased with it. It is supposed to use less water than energy than our old washer.

This mid-range unit does everything a basic and advanced model can (minus a few extra features that most people are not likely to use). I think this is unit is perfect for regular washing on light to heavy cycles for any level of soiled laundry. No complaints!

Bought to replace my Samsung front loader which was 7 years old and moldy. This one washes great and is very quiet. Haven’t been able to figure out how to work from the app but haven’t spent a lot of time on it either. Had it almost two months and so far so good. No complaints.

We needed to buy a new Washer and Dryer for our rental home in California. We called the San Diego store from our home in Colorado and did the entire purchase and set up the delivery. The person we talked to made it all very easy. Our tenant is happy and all is good.

Like the dryer I purchased with this, the controls are not backlit, and it is nearly impossible to read the controls despite good lighting. I keep a flashlight in the laundry room just to be sure I'm hitting the right buttons. This would be such an easy and inexpensive upgrade. What's up with that, LG?

The machine is great. The worst problem is that the panel is lit poorly and it is very hard to read the options Wish you would re-design it. But as a washing machine it’s awesome! But it is hard to determine if you want to change the temperature, or the cycle

Staff was very helpful in helping me choose a great front loading washer. Answered all my questions and made it easy for me to choose the LG front loading washer. I have had great luck with LG appliances and am pleased to say this washer is just what I was looking for.

I'm so far happy with the washer but did have a service call. The drain hose had a pinhole leak that needed a replacement. LG was quick to respond and had a new one installed inside of two weeks. I purchased this particular unit do to great reviews. Time will tell. But would buy it again.

Repairman recommended LG as only "good" brand right now. He suggested buying warranty with machine. I don't like all the bells & whistles to use all the functions. It does appear to use less water & the label says it will only cost $12 to run for a year so ask me in a year what I think.
