It's a good machine. Much quieter then our last one.

Very quiet and uses less water than my previous model.

We've had this product for 5 years now, but it started forming black mold on the rubber around the tub after 1 year!, Now it is rusted on the outside!!! We keep washer and dryer in laundry room inside the house. As much as I leave the door opened after each wash and dry and clean the rubber and exterior, it did not help!

Great front loading washer. Easy install, easy use.

My Maytag washer that I bought 6 years ago broke so I had to get a new one. I picked the LG one because of all the features it had and two because it’s supposed to be top of the line. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks but I love it. Hopefully it will last longer than 6 years though.

We had to buy a new front end loader washing machine, and checked "Consumer Reports". Whereas ours rated approximately 84 points, and ran approximately $780, the machine that rated a few points more was priced above $1,800. The choice was a no brainer, and Best Buy had it in store.

LG manufacturers great appliances. I have had this unit for several months. It is very effective washer. High quality unit. It doesn't appear to be cheap unlike many appliances from other competitors. Reliable per Consumer Reports. Recommend.

I’m happy with the selection of options, the quietness and the general operation of the machine. It’s a little taller than my last machine so barely fits below the mounted cabinets, so I suggest pre-measuring your space before purchasing.

So far so good. Door seems less sturdier than a previous model I had but I’m crossing my fingers it lasts just as long. (Over 10 years) Really like the features and settings available on this model. Still have to set up WiFi, so jury is still out on that.

I have a terrible habit of over stuffing but this washer can handle it! Also I think it’s easier to gauge when it’s full from being a front loader. The ONLY complaint I have.. it takes soooo long to wash. Like an hour and a half. Other washers only take 30-45 mins.

Got it on a great sale, so that was a bonus. It replaced another LG front loader so I was comfortable with the brand. I still need to dial back the amount of soap we use as it gets overwhelmed pretty simply. Lots of settings so still learning.

Consumer Reports top-rated washer this year. Works great for us. The only downside, as with most front-loaders, you can't change the direction the door swings.

So far so good. Our LG front loader of 13 years decided to crap out on us at the beginning of quarantine. Found this washer available for delivery on best buy. It was delivered within a couple of days! Couldn't be happier.

Bought this to replace a machine that died. This one has been very reliable, so far. **Don’t forget to clean the filter though. It’s easy to access and clean, if you keep up with it.

Runs quite. Prior reviews states the backlight is hard to see what setting your on but I have had no such issues. This model also has a hole in the collar that in previous versions water will build up in and causing mold, but hole allows for water to drain

Easy to setup, gets the job done. No leaks, and not too loud 1 month in. We'll see how durable it is down the road, but so far we love it! Biggest complaint is that the display isn't backlit, but we can easily overlook that.

Love it so far, but weird that you can't select water temp until after you start the cycle? It appears that you have to start it, pause it, change the temp, then restart.... Installation and delivery was prompt and professional, despite going into a tight space.

Pleased so far. I have ran through about 15 loads of wash of varying sizes. example - 7 pairs jeans (38x32) I am a carpenter so was impressed the dirt was removed. Washer also stayed well balanced through all cycles

LG Front load dryer. The dryer works well on all loads, from small delicates to lard heavy loads. The items come out of the dryer, dry and not wrinkled, with a shorter drying time then our previous dryers!

I am very happy with my purchase. So many great features and options. The home delivery was great and my washer and dryer work great. I would recommend these to anyone who may be on a budget but want quality equipment.
