I love it! My only complaint would be that wash cycles are long but there's also options to do quick washes so that's a nice alternative! Other than that, its quiet, energy efficient, and easy to use.

Replaced a 14 year old version of the same brand/ similar model, no zero issues with the first one for 14 years, hoping for the same on this one! the old one just started leaking, so replaced instead of getting it fixed.

I bought this basic model to replace my old washer 10 years ago (different brand). New features include: downloadable cycle, fresh care (tumble clothes at end of cycle to prevent creases), and a drainable pump filter.

A surprisingly great & efficient Washer. Large interior, easy to use, washes very clean. sucks out the rinse water very well cuts drying time. Very low vibration. could use louder end of cycle signal & longer lasting end cycle lights when done

This is the best washer I have owned with great features and a great price at bestbuy. I did a lot of research before my purchase and found this to be the best and it is. So glad I purchased this at bestbuy with very nice knowledgeable staff.

Great buy . This washer is super good it’s a high performance machine Water saver and detergent saver . You only need HE type of detergent it’s amazing how fast can wash from 15 minutes /to normal setting 1:25 can go wrong with this.

Nice washer. It said that it uses less water by design and there are multiple times that at the end, there are still a lot of bubbles that you can see through the door and we have to rinse it again. I think it needs to use more water.

Found many washer/dryers out of stock but Best Buy had this one and so far it has been worth it. Many washers have long "short" cycles, but we love the 15-minute short cycle with this one. Handy for small loads.

My family has been using the LG washer/dryer for a long time since I was young. After moved out, I miss the music played after the LG washer finishes a load, and now I have it back and feels like at parent's home. Great!

Our last LG front loader lasted 10 years for a family of six. We had and still have high hopes for this one, but there is no way this thing will stay problem free with the constant vibration. I've leveled this multiple times to no avail. It doesn't matter what size the load is--you can visibly see the tub massively out of balance. I've had to move my dryer further away so when it vibrates violently it doesn't hit it. I would honestly return this if I could, but alas, I live three hours away from the nearest Best Buy. The inconvenience level is massive. Next step, calls to LG for warranty work.

My mother lives in an assisted living facility. Her one piece washer/dryer died recently. After doing some quick research on Best Buy .COM This was a perfect match. Setup and haul-away of the old washer was quick and simple. So far Love IT.

I would give this unit 5 stars but it won't drai n the fill tray. It works great, conserves power/water cleans awesome. The sterilize setting is a must for us pet owners.

This new front load washer is so quiet and efficient my wife and I love it. It took us a couple of tries to get it balanced properly but once it was balanced it was super quiet.

Very good product. My previous washing machine, LG Tromm, was purchased in August 2003 and finally went out January 2020 (17 years). I have had good experience with LG appliances and am happy with this product.

Have been using it for a month now and very satisfied. Sensor technology is excellent with many options that are practical. Also tells you how much detergent to add to prevent unnecessary overuse of detergent.

I have had an LG washer in the past and it was one of the best I have ever owned. I purchased this one since I had such a great experience. I really like the features and the easiness of use. I highly recommend it.

Very happy with the washer. Very efficient and economical in a long run (in terms of electricity and water usage). It’s a smart appliance and has child lock feature which is very good one for families with little ones.

We bought this washer because our previous one died, its been almost a year and it has given us no problem and it works great, there are 5 of us that use the washer on a daily basis and it has held up great.

Only complaint is that it has to be on the highest setting to dry clothes completely. What good is the low setting if it can’t even dry clothes?

This large front loading washing machine has all the options you need to wash your clothing and household items. Just wish the display board options were brighter and easier to read.
