I already own and LG washer, but needed one for a rental property. I have had mine for 7 years and have been really happy with the quality and dependability, so it only made sense to buy one for my rental property.

I keep the door open slightly after use as people have said it could develop an odor if door closed between washes. No problem with odors. I use the 15 minute speed cycle quite a bit and clothes are clean

Purchased this great washer to replace an older model that lasted 10 years. Like the functionality and I use the LG app with the washer. It notifies me when the wash cycle is finished and when to run the tub clean cycle.

Works very well. I love the front load. The only issue I have is......it is hard to see the water temp, spin. and other options on the digital board if your utility room is not lit up very well. Other than that it works great

Love this machine! I had put off purchasing a new washer for many years, after seeing this at Best Buy I had to buy it. It's quiet, energy efficient and I love the size of the tub, perfect for comforters or large loads

We were very happy with our last LG front-loader washer. It finally died on us after 8+ years. The new one is very similar functionally and has some additional functions. Should keep the laundry going for years to come.

It is the same as my previous washer. Was able to use my old pedestal and matches my old dryer well enough. Works pretty good to. The only thing is a good wash puts over an hour on the timer.

Visited your store on 2 occasions( first very sit Andrew was the salesperson and he was very courteous professional and helpful. On the second visit was assisted by another salesperson who A’s also very good.

The washer was delivered and setup by the Geek Squad (they also stacked a dryer on top of the washer). The wife has been using the washer for 3 to 4 weeks with no problems or complaints, therefore the excellent rating.

Really good washer but the spin cycle is oddly loud. I'm constantly having to adjust the spin setting to low because the medium and high settings make it sound as if the machine is going to break through the tile floor.

Incredibly Quiet & Powerful! This machine is exactly what my household needed. Of-course from the LG Brand I would expect nothing less. The previous washer I had was LG also and it lasted 9.5 years. Great products!

Washer that washes. The song it plays when he load is done is a bit annoying and the WiFi connectivity is pretty useless. The app is terrible, signs you out all the time so you miss notifications, etc.

It was easy to find the Consumer Reports-rated model I was looking for. Delivery was arranged, and although we had to reschedule once, the workers still showed up on time as promised.

Bought to replace a 13 year old washer and dryer set that both are having issues. So far my wife is really happy with the set she loves having the app with the washer letting her know when the clothes are done

This is a quality washer for the price. We bought this washer to update our old LG front load washer. The only real difference we noticed is that it takes a little bit longer to wash, but not by much.

Energy efficient dryer with all the settings needed. Love the fact that time, heat, etc., can be manually set if necessary. Delicate fabrics are "treated" very well. Wrinkles pretty much non-existent.

Great washing machine. I had a top load washer, so I have been trying to get used to a front load washer instead. It is harder on my back but I just need to get used to it. Other than that, it is great.

The SmartThinq app is life changing. Getting notifications when my clothes are ready is the best thing ever! Thank you Nik for the help picking it out!

This is our first front loader and it performs great. The way it washes is totally differnt from a top loader and has much more cleaning power. Clothes are softer and you can tell they cleaner.

This washer is stackable and works well with very limited vibration and low noise while operating. Con is the lights on controls are hard to read before starting unit.
