Second one works fine,the first machine left wrinkles.Best Buy is great about replacing a defective machine.Not to happy about the machine going on sale 6 weeks after purchase for $100 less.

So far this washer has worked well. I like how it has a nice ring when the wash is done. It's a water saver and it makes less noice while washing then other machines.

I like my front loader but there are a few issues. The panel is hard to read. I often find water detergent drawer after a cycle. It "walks" while in use. The cycles are really long.

Needed a new set of washer and dryer with limited features and this works just fine. Didn't need anything fancy, just a set that we could stack due to a smaller area now. Works great.

Cleans well. I like the temperature options. It's a little noisier than my last LG washer but as long as it does the job, I'm okay. Let's hope it lasts longer than 8 years (that's how long my lastLG front loader lasted).

The first delivery guys were bad and didn’t try to bring my product to the space in my home! The second guys were great! The were here on time fast service check to make sure everything was functional!

This is a great mid-priced washer. Has all of the basic wash cycles and you can download a custom setting if you want. Very quite operation. A very god value for the price.

This is the first time in my life ever owned it a washer and I do believe this was a good purchase. It's just a little bit too big for the washer closet but if you really enjoy your purchase you will make it work.

It’s been a year since I have this and it’s still doing well. It was the cheapest last year in Bestbuy’s LG models. It works great!

Everything we wanted in a washer. Originally we wanted a top loader, but I’m glad we got this one. And it plays the cutest sounds when you turn it on, and when a load is done.

I recently got rid of an 11 yr old Maytag. It used to take me HOURS to dry a load of towels. This dryer completes the job with one cycle. And I’m happy about it!

My wife loves this washer. She can put cloths in and set it and walk away. She doesn't have to warry about the cloths getting clean or if the washer will finish!!

Needed a new washer in a hurry and this washer is a great value for the price! A little too much technology for me (don't need the wifi feature) but it works great

We love this washer. We had a Maytag and had continuous problems. This one is great and no problems! Only caveat to this is the long wash times... We do love the WiFi notifications!!! Otherwise It is Great!!!

I am giving it 4 stars because even though it is perfectly leveled it does collect water in the dispenser part where the softener goes and i have to take all that part out to dump the water.

So far, so good. I like the various settings (especially the towels setting). We are not using the wifi feature, so I cannot attest to its functionality.

The cycle take about 1h 32minutes. I think it is a bit long. but I do not know how to operate it shorter than that. I cannot connect the wifi yet. but I do not want to tired myself with that.

My wife loves this machine. We only bought the washer cause our dryer is working fine. But because she really like the washer we are now purchasing the dryer

Really enjoy this new washer. It is big enough to do large loads, especially bedding. Haven’t used the app control feature, but it is a nice option.

Ordered this product by mistake but was very pleased with it. Love the multiple cycles for the washer and the large load size works well for my family.
