I sold a home that had the previous LG models and had to leave them behind. My wife made me agree to purchase a new set at our new home. Happy wife clean clothes.

I bought a washer and dryer from the Best Buy Outlet and love them. The customer service was great and the items were not damaged in transit to my home.

Our washer broke down and we went on consumer report. This washer highly rated and deservedly so. We were able to purchase and pick up the same day!

I love how the machine works and love the connectivity to the LG ThinQ app to allow to delay start and also get a notification that the washer ended

Only issue is I have to start the cycle and then stop it to set parameters... Ie; water temp etc Machine works well... vibration during spin is more than I would like

This machine does a great job cleaning clothes but fails miserably with connectivity and the ThinQ app. it is really flawed and half the time doesn't connect or disconnects making it impossible to know when it's done. We've received a number of app updates but none have fixed this. We have to sets of these and same problem. It might not be as big an issue for some but our two laundry pairs are not in the main house. We bought these based on the wifi enabled feature. Very disappointed it does work reliably.

Purchased for our new home and the washer is doing the job. I'm enjoying the wireless feature as well as we get notified when our laundry is done

Purchased both the dryer and front load washer as a matching set! Couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good dryer & washer at a good price!

Washer cleans the clothes really well in all cycles. The only negative is when I tried to put in a load of socks it was not enough weight so had to add some towels.

I have had it for a little over and a year I still love LG for my washer and dryer and I wouldnt buy my kitchen appliance from anyone but Best Buy.

We purchased the set and love it. Our clothes are always clean and we have had no issues in almost a year. Would highly recommend.

Overall very good washer. No complaints at all. Have not messed with the WiFi settings yet but seems to be very easy to use and does a good job cleaning.

Replaced our first lg washer of 9 years with this washing machine, works very similar and fit perfectly on our old pedestal

I Love it but the finish charm can be a little louder and the rinse and spin is alsome if you have to soak something overnight this is great.

Works good. Cycle time usually 90 minutes. Longer time then my last machine but not a problem. The larger capacity more then makes up for the longer cycle time.

I love my new washer! I love it more than my old one. There is nothing bad I can say about this washer! I would definitely recommend this washer.

Best Buy had best price and fastest availability to ship and install. Delivery and Install crew called before delivery, knew how to assemble and set up the washer.

appreciate timely delivery and installation done on schedule. Especially like the low vibration and stability of the machine after installation.

We have this washer for over a month and we are loving it. The buttons are easy to control. The app is nice to have and notifies you when your load is done.

I love this washer. First time I've purchased a front loader and it is by far the best decision. Never leaves me wanting a better clean.
