I would have thought they could figure that out by now. Otherwise good washer.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this in September and less than 9 months later, it is broke, cant be fixed and LG refuses to fix or replace it. The balance weight broke in half. When the repair main ordered the new pieces, they had already redesigned the machine so the new parts will not fit my machine. They knew they had an issue thus the redesign, but refuse to fix it. LG has stolen my hard earned money! Don't let them take yours!
