We’ve noticed tiny holes appearing in many of our clothes since buying the washer. Initially thought it was just wear and tear on old clothes then realized it’s happening with new clothes as well as with clothes we don’t put in the dryer. My husband noticed there appears to be a small metal piece sticking up inside of the dryer. Trying to figure out warranty to return or exchange.

Good job washing but much noisier than our last LG washing machine.

Either not leveled properly or something is wrong with the machine as it vibrates excessively when spinning (on medium) and sometimes makes noise. I had a Kenmore before (also made by LG) and it had the same problem. If I had a choice, I’d have a top loading washer. Unfortunately that’s not an option for me.

This was either manufactured wrong or installed incorrectly because it started "banging" during the wash cycle the second day after it was installed. Then about 3 days later it began doing it during the spin cycle. Now it's so loud we cannot use it if anyone in the house is asleep. I don't know if this product is good because this one is so bad. We called the LG line the first day we noticed the banging, and they will be replacing it for us. However, the replacement will take almost two months to arrive. I have hopes that the replacement will be an excellent product, but this particular one is the worst washer we have ever owned.

You cannot change the water temp. It's very frustrating. I called the 800# and was informed t is a default to wash on warm. I want to wash on cold for some things, but I was told there is no way to change the temp.

First delivery washer was damaged Dryer too big my error Second delivery was to be before 5 pm driver called would not be there before 8 pm. Too late for deliveries in my community Third delivery washer was so damaged delivery people would not deliver Cancelled entire sale and went to a local appliance company delivered same next morning for less money. This is on top of a year ago another washer and dryer were delivered damaged and the washer had to be replaced. Something is not right here and the warehouse needs attention!! Tremendously outraged!

Worked for two weeks and then leaked water on my floor at the end of almost every cycle. Repair man said the drum is faulty. Best Buy and LG both gave me the run around. No one wanted to admit it was a bad washer or replace it. Looks like LG is finally going to replace it, but we will see if that really happens.

The washer was installed and runs fine. The LG Smartthinq features do not work. Have been in contact with LG support and they believe the washer requires a firmware update.

My kids clothing comes out as dirty as it was before the wash. Do not recommended to people with toddlers otherwise you will end up presoaking and hand washing stains. I believe it’s due to the exaggerated water saving future it comes in. It practically dry washes. Not a good buy!!!!!!

Overall washer works well but installers did not level the machine when they installed it and the machine makes a lot of noise when it is on the spin cycle.

We were very disappointed when this machine leaked water out of the bottom during the test run. We had to wait almost another week before a different washer could be delivered and installed. However, the technician told us this had never happened to him before, so it may have just been an unusual occurrence. Thankfully the technicians discovered the problem before they left, so we were not left with a disaster.

I dont like this washer at all. It retains horrible odors. I empty the front clean out regularly and it doesnt seem to matter.

Not at all happy with this washer 1 year in. It is supposed to have this technology that keeps it from vibrating but it literally moves 6-12 inches at least once per week. In addition, 2 months out of warranty and the thermistor has already gone bad, which I am required to pay for on what is pretty much a new washer. Not impressed with the product or with the customer service.

I purchased this unit in May 2019 and now it's leaking water, I am waiting for the LG tech to repair it or replaced it. This is the first time I purchased an LG washer and it will be my last...My old Samsung front loader never had a water leaking issue.

Best Buy scheduled delivery on Dec 17 noon to 6pm. Took off work. No delivery. Tried to call. at 6:45pm told truck had flat. Rescheduled for Dec 24th. No delivery. Told that it had been marked as already been delivered in their system. Two days of work lost. Now a third day will be lost on the Scheduled day of dec 27th.

This washer has been giving me problems for the past year and half. After just one year of usage this thing started leaking water on the bottom left of the base. I made sure the filter is clean and that the drainage hose is properly connected but there is still a small leak every time i wash clothes.

My previous GE washing machine gave me a solid 10 years. This one died on me in less than 30 days. Best Buy delivered it and installed it. I probably got 4 washes through it. Now it makes a LOUD clunking sound and doesn't want to spin. Junk.

After 18 months digital dial does not work and drum sounds loud when spinning. My Top 2 repair companies will not work on LG. I am also having issues with dryer. 2 yrs old. I will never buy LG again.

Worst washer!!! Please don’t buy it. We had it for less than a year and started making a horrible sound when it was spinning.
