Wife said she would never own another front loaading washer. We talked her into this one and she now loves it, it is also more quit than previous waher.

I agree with other reviews, the control panel is very hard to read. Had an issue with he installation, the technician didn't look my dryer vent up

You can hardly tell when the washer is running. The quite smooth operation of the unit allows you to wash loads without creating excess noise. Overall great unit.

We bought the LG Pair in white and are pleased with the pair, plus the mini washer and matching pedestal. Hope they will last a long time. No complaints on the three units. We replaced our previous front loader with this one. Originally was considering a top loader but some people find the larger top loaders to be a bit of a problem. wo Hard to get into after the wash cycle because of the depth. I like the washer and the mini washer. The installation was quick and very efficient so I would also like to indicate Best Buys delivery people too.

This beauty arrived as the replacement of the older LG workhorse died after 15+years of exemplary service. This new machine works effortlessly and one would not guessed ( my wife did not! ) for it is so darn quiet. The before mentioned Lady of the house loves to control everything from her cell so this is like a miracle for her to be able to control the machine from her work place. We did suffer a breakdown in the second week after its installation, water switch malfunctioned and the sudden thuds were pretty scary.

Purchased this front load washer about a month ago and have had no issues! Quality of wash is noticeably better than my top load washer.

I have this same washer in dryer at another house. It’s really terrific and I’d highly recommend it. What made this so good was the Best Buy delivery guys. There was so professional from the call ahead to the set up. I’m used to delivery guys making excuses for why they can’t make something work. These guys went overboard to hook everything up and they exceeded my expectations 10x over. I’m a big fan of Best Buy, but these guys were amazing. If I can edit this I will to post their names. I just don’t have it where I’m typing this review.

It is very quite when wash and spin in the midnight. It looks neat and fit when it stack with the dryer. Washed clothes is clean and nice.

Our last washer was similar in size and level but after about 12 years needed replacement. This unit has operated flawlessly so far.

Would have given this unit a better rating if the control panel was easier to read without the use of a flashlight. Should have had a white panel with black letters not a blank panel with gray letters. Not very user friendly with this type of panel. Other than than it does do the laundry well. However, why does your users manual say you can use bleach but not bleach for colors? This is also confusing based on the manuals written directions.

This is an excellent washer, the best for the price. It goes on sale frequently at Best Buy. Wait for the sale to save $200
