Great washer offers many different wash options; speed wash is excellent, truly fast and quiet.

This is the only unit that fits. It only takes a minute to put together and in no time it was up and running.

This is our second LG Steam Washer. The first one lasted 10 years. The new one is great for washing clothes but for two things: 1) there is no option to do a steam only freshening up of dry clean clothes. My fault I guess for assuming that they would not remove an option from a washer, but why?; and 2) the words/choices on the touch screen panel do not light up. A light next to the words comes on to show your choice but the words themselves remain dark. It makes it really hard to read.

I bought this to replace our 6 year old Samsung VRT washer after it died. The first thing that I noticed is the cycle times are longer than our old Samsung. The washer itself does an alright job as far as getting clothes clean, but it doesn’t seem like it spins as much water out of them as out old washer. We went with LG because we weren’t about to buy another Samsung as it didn’t last very long and the LG had the best reviews. We’ve been using it for a week and I have to say that I’m not impressed with it by any means. Last night we washed a small load of laundry and the washer stopped In the rinse cycle due to an error code saying there was a water fill problem, which wasn’t the case. The only way to get the door open was to power it down and then I had to rerun the load. It’s basically a fair machine, but hopefully it at least lasts more than 6 years.

Enjoying this washer. It's the newer version of our old one. Works great and is quiet. perfect.

I was grateful to David L. at the Mission Valley store for helping me choose the prefect washer for my needs. It has some bells and whistles that I didn't expect...like telling my phone when the load is finished. The installation guys did a great job in a difficult install. I am very happy with my whole experience. I'm glad David convinced me to get the pedestal too. I love having the washer up higher and there is a lot of storage in the drawers.

I like the Wifi notification when done, seems quite quiet when running. Lots of room for clothes.
