It's stream feature is awesome and cleans and deep smell as well Also its smart a d connect with LG ThinQ app and notified when then cycle is completed. Also you can control the washer with the app, it's cool. This feature helps for me, when I forget about the laundry. The only thing I'm giving four star is it takes a lot of time finished the cycle.

In a room with not enough lightening, Having a light would be awesome. #2 - better balancing in the drum. Issue that I have is that no matter if you place a very small load to medium load, it sounds like the machine is going to take off light a plane! Not good. Other then these 2 issues, the machine is decent.

It does the job. Has many bells and whistles that I’m not even sure if they make a difference. And then there is this reservoir that collects dirty water and you have to empty it often! Couldn’t they drain it with the rest of the water??’ In terms of longevity, which is the most important thing, I don’t know yet. Haven’t had a good experience with LG in the past.
