Great machine, efficient, good app access & info. Quiet. Love the styleing.

Purchased this new washer as a set with the dryer and they're both running great. Had it for a few weeks now and the functions and look are excellent. very quiet while running, but at the same time doing what it needs to without compromising effectiveness. Would buy LG all the time from now on.

This washing machine is awesome! It gets my clothes super clean and I love that it is WiFi capable!

Easy to load, program and the wifi feature is really useful to alert you when the cycle is done.

Cleans clothes well. Many features we have yet to use. A bit louder than I hoped when some cycles are running.

I haven't tried all of the different cycles yet but the one I have are great. I have no complaints

This washer doesn’t use enough water and it damages clothes. It has a lot of bells and whistles, but we don’t trust any of them. We totally appreciate the concept of high efficiency. We also practice water conservation. But, LG has not figured out how to combine the two with this machine. Frankly, we’re surprised by the high ratings and reviews

This washer does NOT have at any point soap or rinse water cascading down the inside of the door glass and on the rubber gasket. Most machines don't have jets to rinse the door and seal to be fair (Samsung has a few models that do this but their reliability is horrible), but this machine is especially bad about leaving DIRT and HAIR all over the inside of the door glass and rubber gasket. I ask you HOW are your clothes really getting clean if the door and seal the are tumbling against has hair and dirt stuck to it? These are normal wash loads, bedding and regular clothes, not caked with dirt or massive amounts of pet hair, just regular daily clothes. I wiped the seal one day, did two normal loads, and when wiping the seal again it came out BROWN. And you will be pulling your 'clean' clothes out over/against that dirty seal. Consider this too - if for some reason you had some kind of chemicals (like if you were a farmer) on your clothes, this washer would not be able to clean efficiently because of the residue left on the door and seal. Do yourself a favor if you like your clothes to be really clean, get the version with the recirculation pumps/turbowash. Machine was also very very loud during the spin cycle, like a jackhammer. Professionally installed by Geeksquad so it was level. Machine was returned.

You cannot go wrong with any LG product. I have 3 tvs from them, cd players, etc. and now this washer. The only downside if have with this washer is that some of the cycles go pretty long (almost 2 hours), but it's not really an issue. Some people say that you cannot see the buttons very well, but they're way off. The buttons are easily readable and the steam function is great!!
