Love the multiple settings to dry clothes. We have the gas version and it drys really well. What I like most of all is the Steam Dry function for wrinkle removal. It removes about 50% of the wrinkles if you left your clothes sitting for too long. Still very nice with many functions and temperatures. My apologies for the confusion. Thanks

It finally gave out, although to be honest I’m sure it would have been a simple repair, but my wife really just used it as an excuse to get a new set. ;) docked it one star because the new audio tone it plays when finished is worse than the last models, and there is no way to change it. Sounds too much like Yankee Doodle dandy and it drives me nuts. But I still love the washer!

Only because we bought a new set after 13 years. And then a year later moved. And did not take the set we bought with us. This is a great washer with all the cycles one would need. I love most is the clean cycle. And the fact you can use the preset for the cycle you pick. Or you can add or subtract what you don't need it to do.

A bit skeptical cause it was my first scratch and dent item I've bought. Works like a charm, love that you can download additional cycles on the app, and the fact it alerts you when it's done. The app is super easy to figure out. So glad I purchased this washer...looking forward to buying the matching dryer in the near future.
