The LG washer and dryer are a great combo and I have them stacked which works well and saves space. The WiFi connection is very helpful getting notice once my phone when wash and dry are complete. Lots of washing options for different types of loads is also helpful.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My only complaint with this washer is the compartment that holds the detergent and/or bleach and softner. there have been times that it vibrates open and I have not been in front of it when it happens, so I am not sure when during the cycle it happened. I don't think it should ever open by it's self. Also if I wash a small load at the end of the cycle the detergent tray is full of water and I have to take it out and empty it to put detergent in for the next load.

Is not as noisy like the one have before. The only thing I don't like about the product is that you have to use a torchlight to select the button on the washer and dryer. But apart from that, it's easy to use.

I stacked the dryer on top of the washer (live in a senior community so needed the space) please be aware that when service is needed in the washer / dryer I’m told that they will have to be separated before service people will work on either and they do not separate the units - guess that’s up to me!

While I have a love/hate relationship knowing its time to swap laundry- the notification via the app is sweet! For anybody looking in the Chicago land area- go find Chris Ranweiler at the Joliet store. Best customer service I have received. Customer for life.
