The delivery personnel were remarkably careful, courteous, and used all necessary precautions. Meanwhile, the unit is operating flawlessly, and the fact that is is remotely controllable just adds to the fun and versatility!

I was also pleased with my salesman at the Bellingham Best Buy. I think his name was Jesse. He was very helpful in explaining the process of the purchase and trying to get me the best prices. He was very honest and not pushy. It was very much appreciated!
