Second unit works.

The first unit arrived was installed by Best Buy and was problematic from day one. Out of balance very noisy tried to fix the problems but after a day or two called Best Buy and they replaced the unit. Second one seems to be a good machine.

There was a last minute change and your sales person put it thru quickly and without a hitch. I am. Dry happy with the set I e and the product tour delivery people set it up, explained how to use it. Cleaned up and were finished very quickly. They were friendly and very polite!

I prefer LG washers

I like that the LG has a direct drive and warranty. It does detect if the load is unbalanced and comes with many features I don't use including the wifi thing. It cleans and doesn't mess my clothes.

Clothes are bright and obviously clean. The washer is easy to use despite the lack of instructions or a manual on actual use of settings. Best Buy staff were very helpful .
