This washer has an app to start your wash cycle. Not sure when you would want to put clothes in the washer, add the detergent, walk away from the washer, and want to start the wash cycle at a later time, but, with this washer, you can do that.

Hoping it will last as long as my previous LG washer/dryer combo which performed flawlessly for 10 years... the only reason I upgraded to this one is that I have more room now for a separate washer and dryer.
