Product and prices are good. Sales staff are good. The Geek squad are good, I've had good experience with all of these. HOWEVER, I CALLED FOR SERVICE ON MY REFREGATOR AND WAS TRANSFER TO MEMBER OF THE BEST BUY REPAIR DEPARTMENT. HE WAS VERY CONDESENDING IN TELLING ME THEY DID NOT WORK ON REFREGAGTOR.

Good washer overall. No issues so far, but it's also newer. Old front load lasted 15 years until the arm on the drum broke from corrosion. I leave the door cracked and detergent tray pulled out when not in use so and residual can evaporate and not lot to mold or smells. So far so good!

The washer and dryer comes with several options for washing everything from Bedding to regular clothing. It is nice to have several different options with many features from pre-wash to heavy loads and extra rinse and spin. The features and options available are exceptional.

My wife and I replaced our 11 year old LG washer with this model. We have been happy with all our LG appliance purchases. Additionally, the delivery service from Best Buy was flawless with them removing our old machine. After a month of use we have no complaints and the machine washes our clothes very well.

I have been shopping Best Buy for a decade and continue because of the service and most of all the people Products purchased have been everything tv, washer, refrigerator, headphones phones and games This will continue to be my resource for all

This machine is totally an upgrade from what I have been using. Multiples settings and steam options, that’s all I need in a washer. The graphite color makes it looks fancy. I just bought it for a week so time will tell if it holds up. I have a baby and a puppy so this washer will have plenty to wash.

Really happy with this washer. Gets clothes all clean.

I had purchased an LG front load washer 11 years ago and when I sold my house I left the washer and dryer. Since I knew that I never had problems I wanted to purchase the same brand. I was lucky not only did I get the set I wanted they were cheaper that the one I had.

So far, the LG washer and dryer are performing well. In addition to the features and options, I needed a washer and dryer to fit into a tight space and the LG washer and dryer were the correct size. I also want to commend the Best Buy install team. They did a great job in working in a small space.

You have to leave door open after use, because it leaves a funny smell in the machine. I wish that I would have tried the top loader

This washer is so much nicer then my old kenmore cleans way better steam function is a nice tough watch your fabrics though I like all the different options. Definitely more efficient and less water usage.. Eventually going to stack them redoing the laundry room.

Very good, stackable system. Had some issues with propane installation, however customer service manager in the store was very accommodating and understanding as he worked with us throughout the process. They are eye appealing and seem to use less energy. Hopefully they will last a long time!

I works fine except it randomly makes noises when it is running. My daughter says it sounds like a dog barking which it does. Kinda like a screeching sound. Everything washes fine for the most part. I just don't know what that sound is. FYI the shipping bolts have been removed before installation and the washer is level. My store has been closed since my purchase due to Covid unfortunately. I tried called the other 1 800 service numbers but I end up on hold for hours and give up. I didn't want to leave a review until I talked to someone or had it looked at but I don't know what else to do right now. I hope to update this later

I was convinced to buy a front loader by the sales person despite having issues with mold and dampness with my previous unit, which was 13 years old. I was advise that technology has vastly improved with an antibacterial Rubber gasket, which prohibits mold. Let’s hope. We’ve only had the unit for three weeks.

Owned similar lg washer for approx. 10 years was a great product. I replaced it with this washer because it was cheaper to buy it than fix the old one. It also fit on existing pedestal. LG makes great products my dryer and dishwasher still going strong after over 10 years.

Going from an old pair of conventional machines, upgrading to these units has been a a marvelous experience. Even at high speeds and agitation, neither the washer nor the dryer make hardly any noise, even when stacked.

The delicate cycle on this machine is amazing!!! I washed a formal dress with multiple layers of crinoline on the delicate cycle. Not only did the dress come out clean, but it was perfectly intact. Totally recommend for someone who’s never going to dry clean only their clothes.

Many different functions and modes. I've had it a few weeks and have no complaints. The wifi notices on the phone are handy when I'm not near the washer to hear the cycle is complete. Still trying to figure what commands are available in Google Home.
