Best Buy delivered my washer on time. They even placed the washer on my old pedestal and it fit perfectly. While other stores sales agents and even the manufacturer told me that I need to buy a new pedestal, BB staff were willing to give it a try. They saved us over $300!

This washer is unbelievable. It is well built, the load capacity is excellent, and can be programmed with various wash selections. My favorite feature is Wi-Fi. This gives me the ability to out doing other things, but start a load when I am on my way home.

We were able to get this washer at a really good price and are happy with the quality and functions so far. It was on back order when we paid for it, so it came later than we purchased. This was expected given the ongoing pandemic and consequences.

This is our second set of LG washer/dryer pairs. Gave our first set to our son. Not disappointed. Very quiet, easy controls layout. Did not think we would have any use for the wifi connection to our phones but have grown to value the convenience of being notified when loads are complete

My wife got both the washer and dryer and she lives them, I'm usually the one that does the laundry but since we made this purchase she has been doing it and I just sit and watch which is great, I know I'll be back at it soon but I'm going to enjoy this for the time being.

I love all the features of this washing machine. We researched quite a few prior to our W/D purchase and I'm glad we chose this set. It has several features that I use all the time, especially the delicate and bedding features. I highly recommend this washing machine.

Replaced by 12 year old LG with another the drum had broken so my insurance paid for a new washer as the cost was more to repair that replace. I upgraded to steam and the Wifi but have not used. Beautiful washer and fit perfect on my pedestal I already had.

Reliable laundry, it performs as expected. I purchased because of a mail in rebate but I never received the rebate. I will never purchase another LG product unless the rebate is a taken off at the time of Purchase.

our previous LG finally went out after 10 years, so we had to buy a new one and decided to go with LG again. We really like this one, has a lot of options, for steam wash - even though it does double the time of the load. I do like that you have so many washing options.

This machine hasa large tub in comparison to the one I had previously. So nice to be able to dolarge larges and get done so much faster. I have only had it a couple of weeks so I haventused all of the features but I am looking forward to it.

I love this washer! My son and I downloaded the app and now we control the washer over wifi... we can do an extra rinse without leaving the couch! The stainless steel brought my laundry room to life. Looks very high tech and sophisticated.

After searching for the right washer and dryer to fit in our tiny, poorly laid out laundry room, we settled on the LG Smart Thinq set. The service, delivery, set up and installation went smoothly. So far we are pleased all the way around.

not impressed. my husband bought this to replace an older washer. After owning for almost a year i feel i can give a fair review. I have several issues with this machine. First and foremost, it does NoT use enough water. Other reviews stated you can wash comforters..?? If you use the bedding cycle, it does not even get the whole thing wet. It tumbles around in a small amount of water in the bottom of the tub leaving many areas of the comforter dry. You can not increase the water level , so therefor I haven't been able to use it for comforters or loads of bedding at all. On other cycles, there is very little water. Don't even see suds sometimes depending on the load.. Also there is so much sediment left on the door after a wash, I don't know how it's possibly getting my laundry clean. Secondly, you can't alter the cycles..example, the bedding cycle. My sheets (one set only) were too soggy to add to the dryer after washing, since it only spins on medium. It doesn't allow me to spin on high. Started just washing on regular cycle. they have all these cycles that don't do the job they claim. Also the door latch. It closes, and seals the water in, but when the tub starts to spin, the door bangs very loudly. You can literally see it popping in and out. Very loud and annoying.

I am a couple years in owning this machine and I love it. Nothing bad to say. I love the steam feature to get the wrinkles out of my clothes and the quick wash for things like gym clothes is fantastic!

My 10 year old Samsung front load went out during the pandemic. I bought this washer because I didn’t want another Samsung. The washer works great, but I am not able to connect it to WiFi. That sucks because I specifically chose this washer because of that feature.

The appliance have had for a month so far good, but installation service was poor had to have them come back out to fix the original set up. Will see how things work out after a couple months before recommendation . Will reconsider buying appliance from Best Buy next time.

We had the lg wm9600 and it was too deep by far the 9600 was alot better if you have the room. The wm3700 is the swallowest depth of any front load washer out. It's so great this washer I highly recommend it if your space is an issue and works well too.

This is my second LG front loader. My first one lasted 12 years with no problems. It was moved several times and still worked perfectly until our current home was flooded. The features on my new one are great upgrades and the quality is still there. Thanks LG!

I looked for a washer and dryer for 2 months, before choosing. The LG was worth the wait! I love that you can speed wash with hot water and it only takes 25 minutes! You will need to leave the door open after washing or the washer smells sour.
