I can’t say enough good things about this washer. Love the smart features. I also have the matching dryer and stacked them which looks great and saves a lot of space. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a nice washer.

This is my second of these (bc I moved; not bc the last one died). Chose LG w/d bc Consumers rated highest. I don’t really have any complaints. I do really appreciate and use the sanitize/allergen cycles fairly often when I’m concerned about germies.

This is actually the first time I’ve made a purchase online for a wash machine.The salesman was excellent guided me in the right direction measurements were perfect. Best Buy installation was the best I’ve seen in the quickest.

Good washer so far but the manual explaining all the cycles is only online. Maybe they are all this way now. But four pages in the printed manual are devoted to smart phone operations. That should go in the online instructions, not the cycle info.

it is definitely smart. it sense how big your load is then runs on how much time depending on how big your load is. but when you preset how much soiled your load is, light and medium soiled could be a difference of an hour.

I've owned an LG front-load washer for the last 11 years and have been happy with it. The drum bearing went out and wasn't worth repairing so I needed to get a new washer and decided to stay with the LG brand since they are dependable and highly rated.

This product is an excellent additional to our household. Front loading capability makes this washing machine ideal for the family that is constantly on the go. Match with its brother the dryer this LG family is great looking in our new home.

I needed a really great washer that could get out stubborn oily stains. This machine has so many features and I love it’s water efficiency. My clothes come out very clean. The steam at the end of the cycle is also great because it kills microbes.

I purchased a new one recently to replace the same exact model that I have had for several years now. Can't expect a washer to last forever, but had no complaints about the old one so I went ahead and bought the same one again!

The washer has all of the features I was looking for in a replacement for my existing front loading washer. I am still working through the Wi-Fi enabled options, but I think this will be a great fit for my family!

I have been very impressed with the washer, it has been able to wash anything I throw at it and even our King Size comforter. Our house is a smart house and I love gadgets but having the WiFi on here really has been a deal maker but nice to have.

We purchased a new LG washer and dryer for our new house and they are great units. The sales staff was very informative and knowledgeable about the products they sale. Best Buy is always our first and last stop for electronics and appliances.

I like all the newly added tech features for washer and dryer like sanitary, allergiene, bedding, towels, etc, and for dryer, it has a new feature for steam dryer, etc. The sensor is very useful to save energy.

Large machine - HOWEVER IT WASHES DRY=NO ENOUGH WATER = HAS TO ADD WATER FROM OUTSIDE- otherwise after the first wash, inside fabric was DRY!!!! and w. DRY detergent!!! STUPID DESIGN FEATURE TRYING TO SAVE WATER!!! ditto SAVE WATER TOILETS that have to be flushed 5 times!! SO KOREAN designers should be told to add just a simple feature "ADD WATER" - as we have on older LG washing machine - SO NOW I have to install additional hose from another water outlet, which will add the water!!!! SILLY - leads me to revise the rating to 3 stars!!!! (LG should send us additional discount for add water installation)!!!!!

I was not planning to buy another front load washer. But I am very happy we decided with this specific brand of front load. I have had it now for several months and I am very pleased with it. I would recommend it,

While the drum is a little smaller than I expected I have been very happy with the power of the spin cycles. It does a great job of getting the water out. This saves energy by cutting down on dry time. If you have a small space this could be a good fit for you.

Washer has big tub. Has more than you will need in settings for different loads. Nice that it was same day pick up or next day delivery if you order before 1:00 pm. Better than expected with purchase and pick up. Easy install.

Lots of option but the regular cycles take almost two hours so I’m constantly having to do the “quick wash” mode. It also started making a clicking sound after a year. But you pay for what you get.

This is our 2nd LG front load washer. We have had it for a few weeks and love it so far! The steam cycle options really do make a difference in the cleanliness of the clothes. Very pleased with this purchase!
