1 * off because it has Wi-Fi. I have no idea why everything has to have Wi-Fi these days. Would rather them not put in the Wi-Fi and reflect a better price to a customer. If you have to have Wi-Fi to do your laundry then you really need a serious reality check.

The washer is as advertized. It works fine. The only criticism I have is that the washer control setting is hard to see. Our machine is gray and the print for selecting the mode is black. Those should be made more visible.

Costs a bit more up front, but worth it in the long run. Our last LG washer and dryer lasted a good 12 years. The new one has lots of nice functions and does a great job at what it’s meant to do. Cleans and dries like a champ

This washer is great! It’s nothing too fancy but has some great features. If you don’t want/need anything flashy but want the job done right this is the washer for you. I love the steam feature because it acts like a quick iron.

It's super quiet, cleans well, doesn't vibrate, doesn't use much water (actually senses how much it needs). We read reviews about drying the gasket (all front loaders), so we dry it most of the time and leave the door slightly open.

I got my washer and dryer back in the beginning on the Dec. and I love them. The best part I the wifi and app. feature. The app lets me know when the washer is done and I can also start and pause loads from my phone.

Thank you Lisa at Best Buy for helping me pick this amazing washing machine. My first front loading one and what a difference in the clean clothes, not to mention it uses far less water than the top loading one. I'm thrilled!

I don't do bells and whistles and worried about having a 'smart machine'. I love that the machine determines how much water to use and that it spins so fast that my drying time is almost cut in half

I love the washer but the geek squad install service was poor. My washer is not level and it rocks back and forth on the spin cycles. They should have taken the time to ensure it was level when it was set up.

great delivery service by the Best Buy Team. The Washing Machine replaced a Samsung that stopped working at 10 years. our provate technicion recomended LG and so far we are very happy with the machine and quality.

Great, easy to use washer with multiple wash options, including steam settings. Since we have dogs, we have a lot of blankets, dog bed covers that get stained and we need something extra to get the stains and smell out.

I purchased this machine almost a year ago and have not had any issues at all. My last LG washer lasted 9 years. Am hoping this machine will continue to work well

Excellent washing machine. The effectiveness of the its washing performance is no where near my previous one. I want to thank my salesman from the Dadeland store who helped me select an awesome machine.

I upgraded from an old Bosch. It’s quiet, washes very effectively and best part is the steam sanitize and the WiFi notification that its complete. Used to take 1:45 for washes. Now it’s under an hour.

We have been without a washer and dryer for nearly a month. They entered our lives at the best time. The features are great. Love that it connects to our phones. Can’t wait for a long relationship.

Same thing with the dryer, crazy that this connects to your wifi just to tell you your wash is ready! I do recommend using liquid detergent though. Tide pods get stuck in the front door on the rubber seal.

I like this washer, the wifi is really nice. No more trips down two flights of stairs to find out there is 10 minutes left. I use the steam mainly for the cleaning cycle, but it's a nice option to have. Overall I'm happy with this washer.

much better than previous front loader. minimal vibration. doesn't seem to need as much detergent as prior front loader. wish LG had a model without the wifi feature as I have no desire to pay for this.

This is a replacement washer and the difference is like night and day! First of all this washer is extremely quiet! Secondly it really wrings the clothes which makes the drier run more efficiently!

Very happy with purchase. Researched a number of different washers and dryer‘s and this one appealed to us the most. Very happy with it. Lots of practical options and works very well. Have awesome spin speed.
