We are happy with the washer except for one significant feature. It is very difficult to see the wash cycle choices since the panel is not back lit. If the washer is in a dark space you will need a flashlight.

Many nice settings. Replaced an older front loader about 10 years old. On first floor of house on wooden floor. Does not vibrate that much. Got it on sale. So far so good. See if it lasts 10 years.

Chose this LG washer because of reviews, reputation and a great sale at Best Buy. We've yet to install so I will need to update after a few month's use. But I can comment on the sales person and delivery which were both excellent.

Need to replace our top loading washer and dryer due utility room remodel. Never can go wrong with LG washer and dryers, Have lots option options an I know it will last for a long time.

This is an excellent mid-range washing machine. It has all of the features we use regularly, and some we will probably never use. No need to spend more on the higher end machines that don't clean any better.

Great new features compared to the last model. This model seems to be quieter, as well. I’m not sure if it is more efficient than the last model but I get the impression that it is, in terms of energy efficiency.

The machine works well. The installers were real experts and worked quickly. They also told us about an energy rebate from the electric company. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase.

Very finicky. Buy the geek squad protection plan. Good to know that you can't put more than a couple of pieces on delicate. Once you know the do's and don'ts it seems to be good.

This Washer has tons of was modes. Better yet I can adjust options on many of the modes. It has done excellent job of cleaning large loads. The quick wash is crazy how fast you can do a small load.

Was able to find this good brand washing machine at Best Buy. Available at a great price and bought the delivery, expert install and haul- away of old machine. The reasonably low extra cost is extremely worth it.

I was a bit confused when I started a wash load, I didn't see to much water in the cycle so I thought because it's a newer model it didn't need it, my clothes came out clean I'm just trying to get used to the new technology.

Great color and very trendy. Senses the load, how much water and time. Plays a little song when it is done. I like where the soap goes- design prevents downy from staining the load area.

Ood product bought open box with no documentation used factory warranty immediately to fix some minor issues had no problems with LG service and got a great washer.

Start to finish everything was perfect. We were particularly impressed with the first sales associate we worked with. I believe his name was Ben. He had all the answers and was extremely helpful.

This LG washing machine has high-end features that you would get with an expensive machine, but has a mid-range price. It has the steam feature and has smart wi-fi technology. It's a great value.

I purchased it to match my dryer it has technology that allows me to check it from an app turn it on and off and notify me when laundry is complete so it does not sit too long.

Cleans above expectations. Has more features and selections than I will ever need. It conserves water and has low energy consumption. Overall it is an excellent washing machine.

Make sure you just always leave the door open and detergent door after ever use. Yes dont ever close it even after you do the wash and it dries.. Otherwise its reliability is great.

I love everything about this washer! It was a major upgrade from our top load washer. The allergen remover option is a game changer! As soon as it was installed, I re-washed everything! It's amazing!

Only issue I have is every once in a while after the washer is run, there is water in the softener cup dispenser. This happened to the LG front loader I had before this one for many years as well.
