only had for a week and so far it works great. I was afraid i would not see the dial as some reviews talked about but my laundry room is well lit, so i have not had that problem.

This is a good sturdy washer. I have already tested all the potential and having heavy load. Does the job. Reliable. Other note- someone returned it due to small dent in the back. Saved about 200 for it.

Washes well. Normal cycle is 120 minutes, which was longer than my previous Samsung front loader which was 59 to 102 minutes. (But matching dryer cycle is only 32 minutes v. 45 minutes for Samsung).

Love, love my washer. Have not tested out all the options yet but really happy with the settings I have tried. It’s quiet, does good job cleaning is efficient on water so its great all around.

I purchased the washer and have used it for about two weeks. No complaints and Best Buy did a great job with the installation! LG is rated consistently among the best performing W/D by Consumer Reports.

We had a Samsung washer that we liked that recently died. After looking at Consumer Reports, the LG had Samsung beat in all categories. This is a fairly quiet, nice running machine

This has been a very good purchase! It does everything I could hope for, but is a little loud. Also, the door opening is so low that you should probably buy the pedestal. I wish I did.

Replace my 8 1/2 year old Kenmore. I’ve always had Kenmores and lived them in 52 years of marriage. Bought the LG after reading reviews. They also made my Kenmore for Sears. Another reason to purchase LG.

This is our first time owning an LG. I have been running them several times a week for several loads at a time. I think it has more options than I need but id does do a great job cleaning.

I've had this washer for about a month now. The clothes come out super clean and fluffy. I have the matching dryer and am really pleased how everything comes out. It's really extra noticeable on towels.

We had our last LG washer got 15 years. It worked amazingly well right up to the end. The new one seems to be even better. Haven't used to WiFi connected part yet, but the rest is already great.

Replaced an older model Lg washer. Almost the same except detergent drawer is a little different. I don't like that there isn't a cup for the fabric softener. Other than that its fine.

This is my second LG front loader. The clothes get clean and min water remains. This particular model is much louder than my previous model and causes my pipes to emit banging noises.

Bought this as an open box and it’s been working like a champ ever since. I had a whirlpool cabrio and it’s been a huge upgrade from that super loud top loader. I’m satisfied with my purchase

I ran a load the moment it was installed and could tell I bought a quality machine right away. There is so much more to it that I still need to learn and use but I am so happy with my purchase.

The washer and dryer set is really nice. Due to home internet issues, I’m unable to use the smart features. Otherwise, there are a variety of settings for washing and drying.

This washing machine is superb and very easy to wash clothes! I always had top full washers but this is the top of the line! The clothes come out almost dry! Extra clean and smelling great!

we bought a washer/dryer set from Best Buy and got a great price. These replaced our older unit which were 10-12 years old. good features and zero complaints. wish it was a little quieter....
