I purchased LG washer open item and had an issue with it. The manager worked very hard to solve the issue and took care of it!! He spent extra time for me and I appreciated it.

Washer was delivered and installed on 7/23 so based on one week of doing laundry I am happy with my new LG front load washer.

Terrific LG washing machine. Front loading washing machine with a huge tub to hold heavy loads. Variety of options best suited to each load of clothes. Highly recommend

It works ok. I like the stainless interior. I think that the installers mixed up the hot and cold water because the wash is always warm at the end of the cycle. The connectivity isn't something I find useful.

Helpful sales person and delivery/installation team made my washing machine replacement a smooth and painless process. The price at the clearance center was unbeatable.

The washer is has a huge drum which will easily accept multiple pairs of blue jeans and sweats. There are so numerous pre-programmed settings we have yet to use them all but are working on it.

I made fun of the WiFi, & it’s actually pretty cool. Think of it like putting in the dvd and then using the remote. It had some error codes in the first few loads, I adjusted the drain hose & seems fine now!

Love the washer. Had a similar LG for 12 years until we wore it out. The only thing that keeps this from being an excellent or even great product is that it’s only available with a left hinged door.

This machine is now over 2 years old and I have enjoyed using it. Love the way it handles delicates, even the clothing that says "hand wash only."

Love this machine, lots of cycle options to choose from. My first front loader washer and the extra house keeping of wiping dry the rim seal after use is nothing!

a little noisy when on spin cycle but other than that I am satisfied with the washer. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a front load washing machine.

I've enjoyed it, but I want a "Drain & Spin" cycle for when I just want to pre-dry something more. Also...why does a Wi-Fi washer that connects to my smartphone, NOT alert my phone when a cycle is done?

Washer is pretty as long as you don’t put anything including detergent on top of unit that scratches easy. If I would’ve known how easily this color scratched I would’ve purchased in white ones

I received my dryer in September 2020; both setup and delivery were a breeze. To date, I have no complaints with Best Buy or my decision to choose the Washer I selected.

Love this washer! Can’t say anything bad about it, but only had it a month. I like the steam option and am fine with cycles taking longer since it saves water.

Love the washer, but STILL waiting on my dryer. Hope that works as well. I am disappointed that my dryer is taking so long.. i will keep buying from best buy.

I love all the different cycles and steam options! This washer has taken care of everything from my plush blanket to dirty microfiber towels used on my wheels and everything in between!

These machines work well, like the steam option. Dries f fairly well, like all front loader, sometimes just won't dry completely. Seams and waistbands tend to be slightly damp.

Was looking for an upgrade form our current washer/dryer duo and came across this excellent combination! Great set that meets all of our family laundry needs!

I love my new washing machine. My household is very dependent on a high quality machine because of the number of loads this family require. We are very happy.
