LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Front-Loading Smart Wi-Fi Washer with Steam and 6Motion Technology - Graphite Steel...what else to say...does it all.

Clothes come out clean and fresh smelling. I use mostly the Normal cycle but with Covid 19 around, I am glad to have the Sanitize cycle available.

Did my research before purchasing and washer/dryer. BesT Buy is a great company from sales representative to delivery and installation. Good job!

It’s been only about a month , no problems yet. Seems to be a good product. I love that it sends me a notification when the washing cycle ends.

Love the washing machine. My favorite part is the notification when a cycle is finished and how LG notifies you of routine maintenance.

This washer has all the bells and whistles you would need and is easy to use. Have not had any issues so far and the cleaning quality is great.

So far, clothes are clean but the machine is much louder (and smaller) than expected. Haven’t figured out if this is normal or if it was installed incorrectly/has an issue.

My first front loader and I will never purchase one again or perhaps it’s this brand and model that ruined it for me. * Do not get energy saving washers, this just means it tries to wash your clothes with as little water as possible. My clothes are hardly wet when cycle is complete which makes me question weather my clothes were ever washed. I did find a way around that which is to place the cycle on HVY SOILED mode but it makes you wonder. *You can’t soak clothes and pre wash even though it has a pre wash soap container. This is not the same as filling your top loaded and letting your clothes soak for hours in a pre wash solution like oxi clean. The wash machine will not soak your clothes at all as it appears it hardley uses water. *My clothes a lot of time smells as if they have been left in a washer for days but it’s not been even hours. * I don’t know why it shows it has WiFi capabilities because it neither comes with direction and it does not link to WiFi. The app has no value. To me this machine works as if it’s a cheap basic model that has no special capability yet it boast it does so much like sanitize and steam. If I could I would return it. I would rather a cheap machine compared to what this over price cheap junk performs.

Fun little dryer, still have not used all the features but it works well, plays a little happy melody and pushes alerts to my phone when its done.

This machine is great for people, like myself, who have a laundry area in an apartment. I can run a load of laundry and don't have to yell or turn up the TV.

My clothes actually feel washed! I like that I have many cycle options. I have not tried the WiFi or downloadable feature yet. Con: noisy, but acceptable noise.

Pretty standard front load LG washer. The Washer would intermittently disconnect from WiFi and require the wash to be unplugged and plugged back in.

The controls are very easy to use and the washer itself gets the job done. I would recommend this to anyone and I would buy this brand again.

We have had this washing machine for a few weeks now and it is just the newer version of our old LG. And it’s faster, uses less water and is simple to use!

We are very happy with the way the washer work with all the different fabrics. We like the different settings. Hopefully it will last a long time.

It’s a quiet nice washer. I haven’t tried the WiFi with it but it can sense the amount of water to use so it saves money on water also.

Purchasing the washer and dryer is always kind of a bore but the delivery and install men were courteous and competent with an eye on customer satisfaction.

Got this to replace our previous LG washer, it fit the pedestal we had and was basically just a new version of the one we had so the controls were familiar.

Dries the clothes in a timely manner. Has a sanitizing/steam option that I use on pillows. Also love the Wi-Fi option that notifies me when the cycle is done!
