This is a good washer at a very good price. It does everything as advertised,just a little work to get it leveled.

My one complaint about the washer is it doesn’t show the time of the cycle until it evaluates the load. I never know if I have time to do a load.

Better would have been asking us about R>L door placement as it would have been better sited. I changed one door later but not optimal.

I am very satisfied with the product. Fit into the washer spot like a glove. Make sure you measure carefully and do get the pedestal.

This washer is the bees-knees! Uses so little water and the steam function is awesome to sanitize sheets and towels.

Lots of space in this little machine. Just wish we had the ability to reverse the door like you can on the dryer.

Returned the item... Not so quiet operation... There are better LG products with additional features at comparable price...

I had high hopes for this washer. I've owned 2 LG washers, and the last one made it to about 8 years (almost daily use for a household of 5). I had read a ton of reviews on both sides of the spectrum and took the leap as there were more positive than negative reviews. Pros: large basin, basic controls paired with a lot of features, bright control panel. Cons: noisy, clothes aren't as clean, long cycles.

Love the machine and the inside light - never thought I would care about WiFi but it is pretty awesome for staying on schedule
