Second LG washer I've owned and I'm really impressed with the ease of operation and quality, and how well it cleans the clothes

Great washer with lots of features and custom wash cycles. Like the detergent and softener storage feature so you don't have to add detergent or softener every time. Quiet operation and handles large loads easily. Like the graphite steel look. Had an LG washer before with no problems. Bought these (matching dryer) for new house. Best Buy promotions/sales made it a great value vs other sellers.

I am very pleased with this unit. So far it has worked just fine. Delivery was prompt and painless. The unit does have what I feel to be a long delay between when you turn it on and when the water starts to go into the unit, but I assume that the machine is "feeling" the size of the load. It is usually about 2 minutes or so.

This washer replaced an older LG washer that was not reliable. The only reason we purchased another LG washer is because of the excellent report in Consumers Report. The new washer is quiet and produces surprisingly little vibration when it is doing its high speed spin cycle. It cleans very well and is very easy to operate. Best Buy had this washer on sale with $150 off, which made this purchase very satisfying.

Solid machine that I got on Black Friday for $699. Great deal threw on 5 year protection and install by Greek squad. The product is replace my other LG washer that I had for over 13 years. Does the job well and looks great. I should have got the pedestals to help with loading and unloading. Great purchase!

First time buying LG products. I have to say im impressed. Good washer. Real quiet. Would recommend.

Front load washers get a bad rep due to some older model issues, however, these newer models are great. This one washes clothes extremely well with not much water nor electricity usage, it's great. This unit can get a little water on the door seal that should be dried off if more loads are not needed to be done that day or you risk possible mildew, it takes 5 seconds to wipe it down for downtime it's not a big deal.

Aesthetically, this washer is gorgeous. Functionally, it’s everything a great washer should be. Easy to use once installed, although I recommend going through the manual at some point because this washer can do a lot! Clothes come out of the spin cycle ready to dry quickly. My old washer left my clothes very wet, and they would take two cycles through the dryer to dry completely. Amazingly large capacity.

Bought this along with its corresponding dryer. I have zero complaints about this product. I did what felt like days of research to make sure I was getting the best I could for the price. There have been no problems, no issues, no leaks. My clothes come out clean. The washer needs minimal maintenance and just does its job. Love the connectivity so I can see how long my washer has left. Highly recommended.
