This washer is amazing it went well above my expectations

Absolutely love this machine! Very quiet and thoroughly washes. Laundry is enjoyable, lol.

5 star so far. I wasn't wanting a front load because of the problems of the gasket between the machine and the door being susceptible to mildew, but the crevices in this washers gasket are not quite as deep. I was hesitant to buy a top loadafter all of the reviews everyone wrote where the top loads left clothes dirty because of the new high efficiency rules.

I love love love this LG washer. Especially its smart capabilities. It lets me delay start a wash, notifies me when i need to run clean cycle or if water pressure or temperature are off. I can preselect my favorite cycles so i can wash quicker. its amazing and if you get it on sale like i did. that makes it better.

Replaced my older LG front loaders that were 15 years old. These are nice machines with a more stylish look. I miss the older straight forward modes vs. all these “speciality’ gimmicky modes. I feel like I need the manual, to figure out all the modes and settings vs. my old LG where everything was plainly labeled and straight forward. I also find this machine runs much longer for comparable cycles than my older machines did.

Excellent Washer. Gets clothes clean in half the time. You can download additional cycles but we didn't need to. On our last LG set we had the pedestals but we didn't buy this time because they are just too expensive. Thought we would miss them but don't.

I purchased this LG front load washer as after the Sandy storm my water front home was destroyed. When I finally began to put my life and a new home in order I had purchased two sets of Samsung W/D etc they within a couple years all broke down . This Lg is amazing and thrilled with the price I paid at Best Buy

Great looking but more importantly it cleans the clothes really well. It is also a very quiet machine.

I have had this washer for about a month and I love it! It looks nice and works great! I’ve been able to wash comforters and larger blankets easily which has been amazing. Best Buy sent someone out to measure and double check that what I picked out would work in the space at no additional cost to me. The guys who did the installation were professional and efficient.

So far so good. Only minor complaint is that it doesn’t spin clothes as dry as our previous unit. It’s not too loud and gets clothes clean.
