    This is replacement of my previous Samsung washer. For normal washing cycle with slightly heavier load gives 80min time that is longer than Samsung with 60min. We used liquid detergent with powder Oxi-clean and Downy. Strangely, after washing there is small white stone-like stuff remains in the drum and this could be from some powder... It has wireless connection and notification to the app is plus.

    It’s just a nice basic washing machine. It washed a “puffy” comforter without any issues & the comforter wasn’t small. Something that surprised me is a manufacturer drain because my last washing machine didn’t have one & water stayed in the machine after it stopped operating.

    I wanted this model of washer, and I did some comparison shopping online. BestBuy had the lowest price and fastest delivery. BestBuy even notified me of potential rebates I could qualify for. Did everything online, ordering on a Friday and delivered on Monday. The delivery people were very on time and very helpful. All in all it was a great shopping experience! Kudos BestBuy!

    Love this washer. At first I didn’t like it because the washing time is not displayed and verifies based on the weight of the items that are being washed. I would have to go back into the laundry room after 10 minutes to see how much time was left to complete the wash. I then found the best reason to use the WiFi which notifies me when the wash is complete. I highly recommend this washer

    We are enjoying our new washer. It seems to get the clothes cleaner than our previous LG model. Maybe it is because the washing times are longer. My only complaint is that the settings dial on the right are very difficult to read without turning on an overhead light. The previous model was easier to read.
