    I have been using the washing machine for a month now and I believe that it will not break down. I had a Lg older model for 17 years and it was still good. I bought a new washing machine because I wanted to heat water in the washing machine.

    I look high and low for the perfect washer. Then I had to search for a store that would sell me a washer on the spot all other stores had to ship it to me 1 and half weeks was earliest I could get it. Until I found it at Bestbuy. Couldn't be any more happier. Thank you Bestbuy

    The washer is excellent overall. The size is helpful when washing comforters and I like how much water it's able to get out of the clothes which makes dry time faster since my dryer is a heat pump and takes longer.

    I wanted to buy a washer/dryer set that would last a while so we went with this one. So far, so good! They are quiet and fast! You can pair them with the app or simply press a button. I might buy the trays so that they stand a little higher but overall, very nice. They have a 10 year warranty!

    This washer works great for us. The only complaint would be to have lights on the panel so you can see what can be or will be selected. I have at first used a flashlight to get used to the selections. Otherwise we love the washer and the tub clean selection .
