It’s very nice and I really like the stainless. I could t wait to try the steam option. But very few compacts to install and easy.

Great deal. Lucas is amazing. Knows his stuff and willing to go out of his way to do whatever it takes to make things happen. In fact all the guys that work there are great. The first washing machine came defective and Lucas was able to get it right.

Love it! Our old LG finally died on us after 12 years. Figured I’d get a new one. This matches our old working dryer and fit on our old pedestal perfectly. Love the larger tub capacity and upgraded tech. Now to just replace that old dryer.

Best part of this washing machine is the 15 min quick wash!! Love to be able to wash and dry clothes while I take a shower and get ready in the morning. Fresh and clean every time.

I am so happy with my new LG front load washer! Best Buy was wonderful. Bought it on Friday, installed on Monday. My clothes are actually washing cleaner, with less product, than previous Samsung top load washer (which died after only four years).

Washer works fine and was easy to install. But getting the machines picked up (which was planned, yet took a full day because they don't allow dock loads only front door contrary to what we were promised at purchase), another story altogether which is why this will be my last major appliance purchase at Best Buy.

Great washer and dryer set I bought. Works good. Doesn’t use a lot of water and dryer is fast. Would recommend.

It's quiet, nice features, but it doesn't clean well if you load too much. Less capacity vs a top loader. I like the alert that the load is done. Happy with the installation.

They showed up on time but wouldn't use existing hoses to connect new washer. Told me to hire a plumber who then wanted to cut into wall. Not necessary. Eventually got them back to finish install without plumbing service. A week delay.

Upgraded from a 25 year old major brand washer that was still working. This machine is great. I’ve used it for 30 loads over a month and enjoy it. The app is good. It looks nice. Non-agitator leaves my clothes gentler—but cleaner. Pleased.

We use this almost daily and it is efficient. However the auto settings are a little strange and we do have to be careful to adjust the water temp each time and there is no way to turn off or change the "music" once complete.

Very happy with the new washer. Only criticism is the documentation on how to deal with combination liquid detergents and powdered boosters (oxyclean and baking soda)

We looked at many washers before we bought this one. Front load with various options was key for us. This has done the trick and although it’s been less than 3 months, it’s working great!

Love that I don’t forget that I have to check on the washer because it has the LG ThinQ. It lets me know when cycles are done and when tub cleaning needs to be done.

Good compact size with decent selection of cycles and options. Has wifi connection feature which is handy. Would be useful if the washer door was clear so could see more clearly from the outside.

Thrilled with the replacement washer - it was the least expensive of the range of LG Dryers but did everything we needed without a bunch of additional functions and is enormous (time for a bigger dryer and fewer loads!).
