    Eight months ago, I bought a Samsung and I returned it because the drum was damaged. Because of my bad experience with Samsung I decided to replace the washer machine for this LG. Never mind, the difference is enormous. This is real quality. I’m in love with my new LG. It is very quiet, very easy to use, very good body because is firm, stable. And the better part is that I obtained this LG more cheaper than the other. I recommend this LG.

    It cleans well and is very quiet. Some old stains my previous washer unable to remove have been removed by this LG washer! My wife likes the notification to her cellular phone after the washer cycle is completed. Only complaint is the door hinge cannot be switched to the right-hand side. However, it still warrants five stars because of its performance and look.

    Once you learn the nuances of how to make selections, the washer is great. For example, you press the power button and then have to press the pause button to make the various changes, like warm to hot water, etc. Then you press the pause button again to start the washer. The washer is very quiet. Clothes come out clean. We've had it one month and very pleased. Handles large loads quite well.

    It does a great job of cleaning compared to the top load washer I had. And it’s extremely quiet and the spin cycle removes the water effectively making drying time less

    A very quiet and efficient machine. My first HE appliance and was a bit concerned about the amount of water being used initially. After my first wash experience everything made sense. The time for loads is a bit long but I think that's my new adjustment to an HE machine. Pleased with my purchase.

    This is the best washing machine I've ever bought in my life It cleans dirt on dirt and it's cleaned all of my clothes completely clean after I did an oil change and some construction in the same day It has cleaned everything spotless I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone else

    I fell in love with this washer the first time I used it. It is so quiet. My old GE washer was so horrible it would shake things off the wall. We couldn't hear the tv in our livingroom while it was on the spin cycle. It sounded like it was about launch. This one is quiet and efficient. It gets the job done for us.
