    Warning don't buy LG

    Returned!! Did not like the LG. I paid $1,000 for this washer and it did NOT have a light inside. I have a well lit laundry room but had to use a flashlight every time I took the clothes out of the washer to see it was so dark inside. The LG is very noisy too, when it changes cycles or fills and empties the machine with water as it goes through it's various cycles. My clothes never smelled fresh and it didn't get the stains out, even when using a stain remover, all the stain cycles and extra fresh 45 day lasting fabric softener. I did like the music it played when the load was done. I returned this product back to Best Buy and bought an Electrolux!! I love my new Electrolux Washer and all the previous problems I had with the LG washer are now gone with my new Electrolux! I like Best Buy's 14 day customer satisfaction policy. We were able to return our washer dryer and buy a new washer dryer. They did not charge us any extra delivery, return or hook up fees.

    Never worked. In order to receive another one we would have to wait until DECEMBER. Horrible customer service received from Jeff the manager. Went to another retailer and had a washer and dryer delivered the next day. Also moved that washer and dryer out to garage while we wait for pick up. Very disappointing.

    Worst washer EVER/LG has poor customer service

    Worst washer I have ever owned. LG has the WORST customer service ever. I bought this full price and after a month I noticed it did not see to be washing things well. Now it is 4 months old and not working at all. The repair company doesn’t show up and I have been without a washer for weeks. It is a complete joke. LG does not stand by products! Also the whole linking to your phone doesn’t work on washer or dryer. The “AI” technology is a joke. Takes 3-5 hours to wash a load and it doesn’t even rinse it out.

    To be honest I am so disappointed with this washing machine , dryer and totally from LG. after 5 months of using water flows from under. Washing quality is average.

    Loudest washer I've ever owned!

    I bought this washing machine after my previous one sprung a leak in the back. The washer is ok other than the fact that it makes this crazy vibration sound during the spin cycle. The noise is so loud it can be heard throughout the house. I'd say that it's close to 100db. I eventually couldn't handle it and ended up returning it for a quiter model.

    LG Lemon washer and dryer

    Hasn’t worked from the day that we had it installed and LG has not scheduled a service visit despite numerous attempts for over a month. This is a lemon and LG won’t warrant it. DO NOT BUY LG. They do not warrant their products

    This is the worst large purchase decision i have made in my life unfortunately. It broke after a year and a month. A $750 washer broke after 13 months. Dont buy this it is awful

    Poor. Won’t buy LG again

    Poor Quality Machine. Nothing but issues and headaches. First the door mechanism broke. Snapped in half. Replaced it and it worked. 2 weeks later the boot seal is leaking and the O ring fell out at the end of the cycle. Not buying LG again. Disappointed with issues only 60 days into having it. I am not sure thing thing will last a year. 3 White T Shirts take 99 mins to wash??? That’s 1.5 hours for 3 T shirts lol go with another brand!!

    Lasted one year and 3 months. Module on the control board went out. $562 for repair. I’ll throw this out and buy a new washer before I’ll pay to have this piece of junk fixed, only to have it break again in another year.

    The washer has leaked since install. Have tried multiple times to reach customer service without success. Appliance repairmen noticed a tiny crack in the tub. Have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years until now.

    One month in (from delivery date) and its not draining. Can't return it after 14 days. Wish I would have done more research... Do yourself a favor and search for OE error on LG washer.

    A defective drain pump just sidelined my washing machine for the 3rd time in 8 months. Has problems draining and left with suds all over the place. This machine is awful. Nothing but problems.

    Got my washer and dryer friday September 9th, i installed it myself last night since best buy refused to send someone sooner then later to fix their mess up. Went to do wash last night and my washer is broken. NEW WASHER AND ITS BROKEN!!!!!
